The genus Rubus (Rosaeae) is a major genus. More than 700 species of Rubus have been found in all over the world, mainly in the north temperate zone, less in the tropic and south earth. There are about 200 species of Rubus in China, and the great majority of them distribute in the southwest China. R. rubrisetulosus is subordinate to Rosaeae Family, it is perennial herbaceous plant, Fruit is spheroidal, red; florescence month: June-July, fruit issue month: September-October. It distributes in provinces of Sichuan, Yunnan and Gansu, when Gansu only spreads in Wenxian. R. rubrisetulosus has edible value. It has long been used as traditional fruit in China.In this paper chemical constituents of R. subrisetulosus growing in Gansu province were studied. From the EtOAc part of the ethanol extracts of plants, 13 compounds were isolated with column chormatograph (silica gel), prepareative TLC and so on. Structures of all compounds were identified by means of various spectral methods (1D NMR: 1HNMR, 13CNMR, DEPT; 2DNMR: HMBC; IR; ESI MS), as well as comparison with the authentic samples. Among them, a new compound was named respectively: 5,6,1',2',3',4',5',6'-octamethoxy-(7'-O-methyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl) flavanone(1). The known triterpeoids were characterized by ESIMS spectrometry and by comparision of their 13C NMR chemical shifts with those of related known compounds as: Urs-2α,3β,19α,24-tetrahydroxy-12-ene-28-oic ester(2),Urs-2α,3β,19α-trihydroxy-12-ene-28-oic acid(3),Urs-2α,3β,19α-trihydroxy-12-ene-23,28-dioic acid-28-O-(6'-O-methyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)(4), Olean-2α,3β,19α-trihydroxy-12-ene-28-oic acid(5),Urs-2α,3β,19α-trihydroxy -12-ene-23,28-dioic acid(6),Olean-2α,3β,19α-trihydroxy-12-ene-23,28-dioic acid (7),Urs-2α,3β,19α,23- tetrahydroxy -12-ene-28-oic ester(8),Olean-2α,3β,19α, 23-tetrahydroxy-12-ene-28-oic ester(9),Urs-2α,3β,19α-trihydroxy-23-methoxy-12-ene-28-oic acid(10),Urs-2α,3β,19α,30-tetrahydroxy-12-ene-23,28-dioic acid-28-O-(6'-O- methyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)(11),Dauricine(12),maloic acid(13).We also used GC-MS to analyze the constituents of the essential oil from the roots and the leaves of R.rubrisetulosus, and 69 compounds were separated out,in which the content of 2-methyl-heptane was highest,about 14.72%,the second was 3-methyl-heptane,about 11.24%,the third was Octane,about 10.17%.Finally, this paper dealt with analysis the fruit of nutrient constituents of R. rubrisetulosus. The result showed that in the fruit the content of amino acid is 17.07mg/g, contains 30.79% of essential amino acids. Mineral elements are abundant, especially Fe,Mn,Zn. In addition,fat,sugar and vitamin are also abundant in the fruit. And we analyze the components of the fatty acid by Gas chromatogram. of R.rubrisetulosus fruits. The result showed that it contained 14 kinds of fatty acid,in which the content of 9,12-octadecadienoic acid was highest,about 43.52%,the second was 9,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid,about 19.12%,the third was 9-octadecenoic acid,about 15.45%.The results of this study provide theoretic evidence for further research, development, usage, as well as chemotaxonomy of these plant sources.
