| The trials were by technology of abomosal infusion and AV differece,studied structure of small intestine digested AA effect on milk protein synthesization in Mountain-lao milk goat through observing change in content of AA and milk protein yield and so on after casein ,casein+Met,Arg or Thr. The trials obseved PUN effect on milk protein synthesization ,through abomasum infusing urea. Researchful results were as follows:Trial one Effects of abomosal infusion of casein on lactating and arterial plasma amino acids in dairy goatsThree healthy dairy goats, conform milk yield and lactation in initial stages were used to observe the effects of abomosai infusion of different amounts of casein by abomasum's fistula on lactating performance ,the relativity between AA in duodenum and AA in arterial plasma .Different levels of casein(0,19.1,382,57.3,76.4,95.5g/d) were infused according to a 4×6 cross-design .The results showed that after casein was infused into abomase ,milk yield, milk protein concentration and production ,milk fat production ,ture protein concentration and production ,lactose production were increased significantly ( P<0.05 ) , Except Asp ,Ser ,Ala and Tyr in NEAA ,other FAA were increased significantly(P<0.05). Positive correlation of PUN and MUN was significant(r=0.869,P=0.024).Trial Two Effects of abomosal infusions of Met,Arg and Thr on Lactating and metabolism of plasma amino acids in mammary in dairy goatsThree healthy dairy goats, conform milk yield and lactating in initial stages were used to observe the effects of abomosal infusions of different amounts of Met,Arg and Thr by abomasum's fistula on lactating performance and uptaking and metabolism of plasma AA in mammary.Met(1.5g/d),Arg(2g/d) and Thr(3g/d) were infused according to a 3×3 latin square design.The results showed that After Met,Arg and Thr were infused into abomasums,milk yield,milk protein content and yield,milk fat content and...
