The effect of ecological condition and cultivate technology on the yields and grain quality of spring wheat were studied in the farm of Agriculture College and the DaPu of GuYuan. The result showed that the yield and the protein content of spring wheat grain can be changed during used the cultivate technology under the different ecological condition. The environment was the main factor effectting the spring wheat yield in the different ecological condition. The cultivate technology has a significant effect to the yield and the protein content of the spring wheat under the same ecological condition for spring wheat growth.In 1995-1996, Nine wheat variety were selected to study the effect of ecological condition on the spring wheat yields, grain protein and the quality of protein in the two different place. The result showed that the wheat yield and it's yield constitution factor were obviously effected by ecological condition, but the content of grain protein have not significant difference in the different ecological condition.The water in the Ningxia irrigation district and the soil nitrogen were not only be used to satisfied with the requirement of the high yield of wheat growth ,but also to ensure the high content of protein in the spring wheat. So. the higher yield and the fine quality of wheat can be obtained synchronously.The high yield wheat were also have a fine quality of making bread in NingXia irrigation distract, It showed that the soil water have the important effect to the machining trait of spring wheat. The effect of planting date to the yield and the quality for different spring wheat variety were also researched. The effect of different amounts of fertilize and irrigation to the yield and the quality of spring wheat on the different soil fertility were discussed.The protein content of wheat grain could be increased by applying nitrogen fertilizer during booting to flowering stage of wheat, applying base manure under the condition of the low soil fertility. The negative correlativity between the yield and the protein content of spring wheat grain were changed by increasing soil fertility and harmony the correlation fertilizer and soil water content. We also found we can get thehigher yield and the fine quality of wheat by seeding in the proper period.The yield can be increased by fertilizing nitrogen and irrigating, but it had different effect to the quality of spring wheat grain. The content of grain protein and dry gluten were increased by fertilizing nitrogen for the same wheat variety, but the flour machining trait decreased.The content of protein and dry gluten were reduced with soil water increasing, but the machining trait of flour was improved. The result showed that the wheat yields were increased extently, but the wheat quality were not obviously improved. When the fertilizer measure was tightly cooperate with irrigation.So, we can implement high yield and high quality of spring wheat harmoniously, if we fertilized and irrigated reasonably on the condition of the higher soil fertility. The result showed that the grain yield, weight per one thousand grain, wet gluten and dry gluten, SDS sedimentation value (SDS) and the grain bulk of two kinds of wheat were decreased, the content of grain protein were increased when planting date were postpone.NingChun No.4 was sensitivity with planting date, but NingChun No. 13 was not obviously affected by planting date. So, we concluded that the yield and quality of spring wheat were both fine to seed in exact period.
