The dynamic examination and control system of seed separator's feed quantity concentrate in the Single-chip technology and Frequency conversion technology and realize to automatic monitor of feed quantity via transducer and the control software of Single-chip。In this project, I designed out appropriate hardware and related software, and debug processing. According to achieve the system functional requirements and designed, I determine the relevant module unit: I / O modules, keyboard and display module, A / D converter module, inverter control. Application of the Protel software is designed to simulate the circuit, making PCB. In software aspect, I design work flow diagram of the system to complete the system initialization, data acquisition and processing, as well as on-chip inverter control signal output of the programming, so as to achieve frequency control of feeding the precise control of the motor.Finally, we know there is a certain degree of bias between the experimental results and expected through the material test system, but they do confirm the feasibility of the system. Seed cleaning machine feed and control system for dynamic detection research for the new cleaning machine provides support for researching and development, to improve the automation level of cleaning machines, working performance, and have important meaning and application value.
