Corn is not only the main food crops, but also the important industrial material and feed source in China, the annual planting area in China has reached to 2544.6 million hectares. The rate of mechanized harvest is merely less than 5%, the process of mechanization is quite slow. There is a consequent complexity of the corn harvester in the current domestic market and the corn harvester's performance is not stable, so it is hard to suit for the different demands of the corn's harvest process all over the country. Now Henan University of Science and Technology has to experiment a new type corn harvester, by use the vertical corn shears, the maize straw can be cut off and convey backwards to pick and modify, at last, deploy the different recovery device in order to suit for the different demands. The main devices include the cutter device, the transverse transporter, the longitudinal transporter and the picker and modified device, whereas, the transverse transporter is the key devices of the new-type corn harvester, which is very important for transporting the straw backwards and later the corn's picking and modifing.This article is based on the experimental study about the transverse transporter's structural and motion parameters of the corn harvester's vertical corn shears. First, use the poking iron sheets-style and the angers-style structure to design the transverse transporter test-bed in door. Second, analyse the maize straw's force and motion on the corn harvester's transverse transporter and the tape speed of the poking iron sheets-style transverse transporter. Base on this condition, use the high-speed camera to observe the maize straw's movement on the transverse transporter, use the synthetical transport scores as the experimental indexes, after that do the experimental study about the transverse transporter's the structural and motion parameters. Use the poking iron sheet's dip angle and the poking iron sheets'position as the poking iron sheets-style transverse transporter's experiment's factors, we can get the superior parameters of the significant factors and the significant factors which apparently affect the synthetical transport scores through the orthogonal experiments. Through the single factors'experiments of the tape speed and poking iron sheets'position, the regression equation about the experimental factors and the experimental indexes can be found, and obtain the law about the synthetical transport scores influenced by the tape speed and the poking iron sheets'position, at last, the optimum parameters can be work out; Through the superior parameters'confirmation experiments the poking iron sheets-style transverse transporter has a good convey performance can be test and verified, and adapt the corn harvester's requirement. The angers-style transverse transporter's parameters can be conversed by the poking iron sheets-style transverse transporter's superior parameters, the angers-style transverse transporter has a good convey performance can be test and verified by the experiments. Through the single factors'experiments of the angers'rotate speed, the law about the synthetical transport scores influenced by the angers'rotate speed can be found.The experimental study's conclusion provides a good reference for the invention of the corn harvester and transverse transporter in the future. |
