In this paper, This thesis targets the Shiyang downstream irrigation, different years of organic management on wheat and melon field soil nutrients, soil microorganisms and soil enzyme activity change. Made the following preliminary results:1 Effect of organic management on yield and quality of wheat fields and melon fieldsOrganic management of years and thousand seed weight, yield significant linear negative correlation ,and wheat grain protein and lysine content was significantly positively correlated. Melon of CK and 3M yield low , 2M treatment melon high yield, organic management of years and melon yield showed a quadratic relationship . organic management of years and the sugar content of melon were significantly positively correlated ,with the hardness was significantly negatively correlated.2 Effect of organic management on soil nutrients of wheat fields and melon fieldsUnder organic management, Wheat and melon fields of organic matter, phosphrus and potassium were significantly higher than CK. Years of organic management and organic matter, available potassium content was positively related . after harvest of wheat fields 3M treatment organic matter content was significantly reduced. Wheat Field CK of available nitrogen content in the growth period was significantly higher than organic management, after harvest was significantly lower than organic management. In growth period wheat field potassium content of each treatment were a significant reduction, melon field k content of all treatments were significantly different. Wheat fields potassium content between organic matter content were significantly positively correlated, melon field nitrogen and organic matter content was positively related , potassium content and organic matter content were significantly positively correlated.3. Effect of organic management on the number of soil fungi, bacteria, actinomycetes of the melon field and wheat fieldUnder organic management ,the numbe of fungi, bacteria, actinomycetes were significantly higher than CK treatment. Description fungi, bacteria, actinomycetes were larger number in organic matter rich and good permeability of soil. Wheat field heading period(late June) number of bacteria were the largest ,melon field vine period (late May) number of bacteria were the highest. Actinomycetes of wheat field in growth period were early increase late lower, actinomycetes of melon field were decrease. With growth period , in the number of fungi wheat andmelon field reduce.4 Effect of organic management on soil enzyme activities of wheat fields and melon fieldsOrganic management of different years on soil urease activity was significantly higher than CK, throughout the growth period wheat soil urease activity showed a lower of early period, the highest of the growth medium, lower end, between the treatments were significant difference. Melon soil urease activity was decreased in period, CK and organic processing urease activity were significantly different. Organic management r on soil invertase activity had no significant effect. Growth period of wheat in the soil alkaline phosphatase activity was first increased and then decreased, the highest activity in the growth medium. Melon fields alkaline phosphatase activity was significantly higher than CK. Invertase activity in wheat field and the soil temperature showed a significant negative correlation, melon field soil enzymes and soil temperature showed a significant negative correlation.Shows that organic management can increase activation of soil nutrients, improve soil physical and chemical properties, promote microbial activity, improve soil enzyme activities, and improving quality of crops.
