The factors of explants, hormone combination and medium were investigated on tissue rapid reproduction technology of cabbage in different mature, the results showed as follows:(1)The callus induced from hypocoty of three kinds of cabbage is easy to occur multiple shoots, the rate of multiple shoots occurrence induced from Callus induced by early maturity cabbage's hypocotyl is higher than others.(2)The medium of MS is fit for culture in vitro of cabbage .the rate of multiple shoots occurrence reached 96% induced from hypocotyl of Zhongganshiyi inNAA0.2mgmg/L,6-BA1.5mgmg/L;the rate of multiple shoots occurrence reached 82%and 94% induced from hypocotyl of Jingfeng and Cotyledon petiole of Wanfeng inNAA0.1mg/L,6-BA 0.5mg/L and MS+NAA0.3mg/L,6-BA1.5mg/L.(3)The multiple shoots multiplication coefficient of Jinfeng,Wanfeng,ZhongganShiyi is3.69,4.125,3.52 on MS supplement with NAA0.3mg/L,6-BA7.5/L; NAA0.6mg/L,6-BA7.5 mg/Land NAA0.3mg/L,6-BA1.5mg/L,carbon source and Vc have different influence on multiple shoot reproduction ,the appropriate rooting culture medium for cabbage is MS + IBA0.3mg/L.(4)With the increase of the training algebra, the proliferation coefficient in three kinds of cabbage trend in an S-shaped curved;the change of hight zhongganshiyi and wanfeng are similar but jingfeng is different;the tendency of leaf area of Jingfeng and Zhong ganshiyi trend in an S-shaped curve respectively, but Wanfeng trend in M- shape. the change of leaf vein number and base size in zhongganshiyi and jingfeng are similar butwanfeng is different; at the third generation the average number of root of three cabbages arrived maximum.(5)With the increase of the training algebra, the number of average browning leaves of multiplication shoots in jingfeng and zhongganshiyi trend in S and M shaped , but the wangfeng from the first to fourth-generation are growing to the highest, and at fifth reduced to 0;the change of vitrification rate in three cabbages from the first to fourth generation trend similar, but in the fifth zhonggan shiyi reached the highest, and the others are 0. (6)The change of Soluble sugar content are similar in zhongganshiyi and wanfeng but jingfeng is different,and soluble protein content in three kinds of cabbage trend similar,with the increase of the training algebra.
