Study On Blood Parameters And Antioxidant Enzymes Of Leuciscus Waleckii From Different Lake

In this study,Leuciscus waleckii in Dalinor-Lake and ganggeng-lake as the object, it comparative studied blood Physiological Indices,Serum hormone centration and Immunoenzyme activity of Leuciscus waleckii live in Dalinor-Lake(salt water)and ganggeng-lake(fresh waters).Objective to explore the mechanism of Leuciscus waleckii salinity to do basic research,and also introduced for the realization of basis research for the Leuciscus waleckii introduction,releasing and cultured.The results show that:(1) Study on blood biochemical parameters of Leuciscus waleckii in Dalinor-Lake and ganggeng-lake,the results obtained:Two kinds of lakers Leuciscus waleckii's Red blood cell count,hemoglobin,RBC deposited,red blood cell volume,leukocyte count on average,thrombus cells,neutrophils,eosinophil physiological indexes significant difference(P<0.05).Lymphocytes,monocytes difference was not significant(P>0.05).(2) Study on serum hormone concentration of Leuciscus waleckii in Dalinor-Lake and ganggeng-lake,the results obtained:Two kinds of lakers Leuciscus waleckii's Serum cortisol and prolactin content extremely significant difference(P<0.01),thyroid element, three iodine thyroid original content of acid significant difference(P<0.05).Growth hormone levels difference was not significant(P>0.05).(3) Study on antioxidant enzymes of Leuciscus waleckii in Dalinor-Lake and ganggeng-lake,the results obtained:Two kinds of lakers Leuciscus waleckii's antioxidant enzymes,Through a comparative study catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GPX), superoxide dismutase(SOD)in Gills,skeletal muscle,liver,heart tissue and the bowels of Leuciscus waleckii,the results obtained:Leuciscus waleckii with differences in expression of the antioxidant enzymes in the two lakes,and three kinds of antioxidant enzymes were extremely significant difference in the liver and skeletal muscles(P<0.01).
