Abstract/Summary:
Baler is a very important equipment of processing forage grass and other fibrous agricultural materials.The hydraulic system of Baler not only supply power for compression,but also its dynamic characteristics have direct impacts on capability of Baler and products quality.This paper studies on dynamic characteristics of hydraulic system with 9KG-350 high density baler as experimental equipment.This paper applies theory of rheology of agricultural materials to analyze dynamic characteristics affecting on the rheological law of fibrous agricultural materials during compression process,then it simulates and studies on the hydraulic system of high density baler.By verifying the experiment,accurate simulated model of hydraulic system is obtained.This paper provides the basis for the baler to adjust the parameters of the hydraulic system and improve the system.By installing sensor devices,being corn stalks as test materials and being grass materials after compression as experimental subjects,the experiment measures the experimental data of piston compressing force,stress and piston displacement,and gets the rheological law during compression process.Based on the experimental data,the models of hydraulic system and materials about stress relaxation and the mode of co-simulation are modeled in AMESim,and by utilizing the hydraulic system model,it simulates the law of stress relaxation about materials on the direction of the baling room,then gets simulation curves.Analyzing and comparing the experiment and the modeled models,the study verifies the accurateness of models of hydraulic system and materials about stress relaxation in AMESim.And performance parameters about hydraulic system of baler are got from the models.This study will provide the basis for experiments on hydraulic system of baler,and play a guiding role in the design of baler and the production of bale products.
