In this study,we want to find why pure mongolian sheep,s meat is good from the perspective of the genetic effects. And select the main condidate gene that influnce the quality of Mongolian sheep,s meat .That result will Provide genetic resources to nurture the new varieties of sheep whose meat has high performance,and superior product quality. This experiment was conducted to screen differential expressed genes of muscle in the different ages Mongolian sheep。The same parts of the muscle tissue on day 3,1 year and 5 years old Mongolian sheep were selected for this research.The differential expression genes of muscle in the three Mongolian sheep were detected with the technique of mRNA differential display, and 9 differential expression bands were obtained. Compared the fragments sequences with BLAST after sequencing, the result show that one of them has highly homology to Bos taurus tropomyosin1(TPM1) found from The 243 bp sequence which share 97% homology to Bos taurus tropomyosin1(TPM1) mRNA sequences, the others have no similar gene sequences. Then the expression of TPM1 in day 3,1 year and 5 years old sheep was detected by realtime quantitative PCR.the result showed the relative amount of 3 days sheep was 2.675 times of 5 years old sheep,was 2.189 times of 1 year old sheep。...
