Study On Quality Evaluation And Exploration Policy Of Junfushan Forest Garden

Content:Forest park, with its abundant natural landscape, beautiful ecological environment, tempting wild interest and special function of keeping healthy, fascinates masses of people who are fond of tourism, and becomes the major carrier of ecological tourism. This paper targets at Jun Fushan forest park as its object, and is based on the concerned materials collected, arranged and analyzed. It assesses the scenery quality of the area through fact finding, and through the use of SWOT analytical method, PEST model, and the Delphi Method and so on, it gives an analysis of the feasibility of developing forest ecological tourism in Jun Fushan forest park, and offers relative measures. This study aims to solve the relation between the usage and protection of forest landscape resource, to improve the quality of forest landscape resource, and provides reference for the operating management of the forest landscape resource and the development of ecological tourism. The major research results of the essay are as follows:1. Through our fact finding and analysis, there are 8 classes of tourism resource,21 subclasses, and 53 basic classes in this area. It has abundant natural ecological resources and human landscape with distinguishing feature. According to grade ranking of landscape resource of China's forest parks (GB/T18005-1999), the quality evaluation results of the targeted area's landscape resource show that the quality evaluation score of landscape resourceis 24.2, and that the environmental quality assessment score is 9.5, the developing condition score is 8.5. The total score of the forest park landscape resource quality evaluation is 42.2, which reaches the standard of national forest park landscape resource standard.2. The SWOT analysis as regards to the developing condition shows that the targeted area has an ample kind of tourism resource, excellent condition and other advantages. There are also such problems as the scenic spots are scattered, traffic is not convenient and the staff of tourism are not well qualified. While the green recreational travel is on the rise, the quick development of red tourism and the great support from government and other factors provide a good opportunity for forest ecological travel, it also faces such challenges from the similarity of neighbouring tourism resource, fierce competition in such field and the low economic and social development standard of local area.3. Through the Delphi Method, combined with experts' comments, a commenting matrix is is drawn. The influence volume of internal and external key elements are 1.095 and 1.220 by calculation. An SWOT coordinates system is also drawn, which gives birth to the strategic point and comes to a conclusion that the strategic type of Jun Fushan forest park tourism development is opportunity finding strategy.4. As regards to the developing strategic type, we pose that Jun Fushan forest park should highlight "red" "human" resource feature, enrich tourism products and strengthen the basic infrastructure and other relative developing policies.
