In this study, Duroc, Landrace, Yorkshire, Huai pigs are as test subjects of FSHβ, FUT1 and RYR1 associated with litter size to explore the use of marker-assisted selection methods to improve the number of birth litter of pigs the feasibility of the direction for the breeding farms provide the basis for orientation.In this study,We extracted 96 Duroc, 175 Landrace, 313 Yorkshire pigs, and 75 blood samples Cassia,Using traditional methods of phenol - chloroform extraction of DNA, with a designed three gene-specific primers were synthesized, With Hin6I, HhaI and other specific restriction enzyme digestion, agarose gel electrophoresis to determine genotype after analysis of their genetic polymorphisms. Adopted with the pig breeding record, with SPSS statistical software and other related statistics FSHβ, FUT1, RYR1 genotype, allele frequency, with calving records, analysis of FSHβ, FUT1, RYR1 and other single-gene and reproductive performance of correlation and statistical analysis of complex genetic effects for litter size, the following conclusions:(1) FSHβgene in Duroc, Landrace, Yorkshire mainly in the form of aa genotype, a gene frequency of 0.7302 ~ 0.9667, Pigs, mainly in the Huai form of AA genotype, A gene gene frequency of 0.8165; FUT1 gene in Duroc, Landrace, Large White, Huai heterozygous pigs mainly exists in the form , b gene frequency of 0.5306~ 0.7861,RYR1 gene in Duroc, Landrace, Yorkshire mainly in the form of DD,D allele frequency than the 0.9655.Huai pig gene frequency of 0.5845 D.(2) Single gene on litter size of the different breeds: AA-FSHβgene by gene on litter size in Duroc were of significant difference(sP<0.05), while influence on other breeds were not significant differences(P>0.05). aa-type FUT1 gene products of the Duroc litter size has been significantly affected(P<0.05), On the other breeds was not significant(P>0.05); RYR1 gene DD genotype was the dominant type, the number of litter useful, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).(3) Genetically complex: First-born litter size of Large White performance, AabbDD up the total number born, Litter size is 7, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).
