This research is to study seven main landscaping plants used in jilin agricultural university campus of different light conditions:YuYeMei, ZhenZhuMei, JinDai, LianQiao, JinYinRenDong, ZiDingXiang, TianMuQiongHua etc.of Changchun city seven landscaping plants used for example.Through the designated under natural conditions of positioning, observation and indoor experimental analysis and physiological biochemistry of its use of the knowledge content of chlorophyll a, content of chlorophyll b, content of chlorophyll (a+b), chlorophyll a/b, chlorophyll b/(a+b), the content of soluble sugar, content of soluble protein, POD activity, light saturation point, light compensation points, maximum net photosynthetic rate physiological indexes in 11 of the systematic research data analysis, finally reach the following conclusions:(1)The different light conditions on the landscape in the chlorophyll content had a greater influence. According to different light conditions, the content of chlorophyll are the corresponding changes in the same landscape plants. Though studying seven landscape plants' content of chlorophyll a, content of chlorophyll b, value of chlorophyll (a+b) and the value of chlorophyll b/(a+b), the content of chlorophyll is showed shade leaves lower trend of sun leaves.(2)In different light conditions (forest and open space), the seven landscape plants' content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b, chlorophyll (a+b) and the values of chlorophyll a/b, chlorophyll b/(a+b) has a clear difference between shade leaves and sun leaves, which can be analyzed:whether it is happy light plants, or shade-tolerant plants, landscape plants leaves' content of chlorophyll with light intensity will increase correspondingly reduced.(3)The values of chlorophyll content in the garden plants' leaves under forest and open space are irregularly distributed. But if looking at the content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and chlorophyll (a+b) in the shade leaves or sun leaves as a whole, usually occur:Compared to the total concentration content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b content and chlorophyll (a+b) in sun leaves, the content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and chlorophyll (a+b) in shade leaves show a weakening trend.(4)The content of soluble sugar in seven kinds of landscape plants' leaves decreased along with the corresponding light intensity decreased. Indicating that some landscape plants have the ability to adapt to low light environment, the content of the soluble sugar in JinDai and JinYinRenDong' sun leaves reduced with light intensity increasing, indicat that JinDai and JinYinRenDong have the ability to use low light than other species.(5)The content of soluble protein in the seven landscape plants' leaves is decreased with the corresponding light intensity. If the content of soluble protein as an index to study the seven landscape plants, that the sun leaves' strength of shade-tolerance as follows:JinYinRenDong>JinDai> ZhenZhuMei>LianQiao>TianMuQiongHua>ZiDingXiang>YuYeMei. If as this indicators to judge the shade-tolerance, the conclusions is basically as the same conclusions of other indicators' study.(6)The POD activity in seven different landscape plants' leaves of light intensity have species differences exist. Then:The POD activity of JinDai' and JinYinRenDong' shade and sun leaves were reduced as light intensity decreasing,show the performancevery strong resistance to negative.The POD activity of YuYeMei',ZiDingXiang',ZhenZhuMei',LianQiao' and TianMuQiangHua' sun and shade leaf is decreased with increasing light intensity, which is the POD activity of YuYeMei and ZiDingXiang have the maximum increase with the light intensity reduced, indicating that its ability to use light minimum is much lower.(7)The light compensation point to be significantly of the seven landscape plants in sun leaves are higher than its corresponding shade leaves, Indicating that the shade leaves of landscape plants are adapted to low light environment accordingly, while its ability of the physiological adaptation demonstrate to use low light is stronger than the sun leaves.Flowering the light compensation point is much higher, JinDai' and JinYinRenDong' light compensation point is the lowest, indicating that their ability to use low light are a little stronger, which is the same conclusions to analysis the content of the chlorophyll.(8)Through a comprehensive analysis of various indicators and evaluation, drawing:In the seven landscape plants, YuYeMei and ZiDingXiang have a little stronger ability to use light, ZhenZhuMei, LianQiao and TianMuQiongHua have a able to adapt to certain low-light, JinDai and JinYinRenDong is stronger resistance to negative.
