As the enlargement of edible mushroom industry,there are 500-600 tons of mushroom residue produced every year.Research shows that there is plenty of nutrition in the mushroom residue which are discarded or stacked in reality,that will make the mould and pest produced and waste the organic matter resource,pollutethe produce and living environment of countryside.Study shows,the mushroom residue can used to be the organic fertilizer but not deeply researehed.In this paper,the mushroom residue was used to the organic fertilizer. Different application of mushroom residue were used to study the soil physical and chemical properties,growth and development, protective enzyme system,yield,quality and isozyme spectrum, inorder to illustrate the influence mechanism of mushroom residue to vegetables,advance a suitable application of mushroom residue for pepper cultivation.The result of the experiment was as follows:To use soil amelioration with furfural products was proposed in recently years, so the theory of it is not perfect yet. This thesis takes the western Jilin soda severe soil salinity (PH>10,ESP>60%)as the research subject. Saturated with furfural residue on the activated carbon as the main raw material, supplemented by other chemicals in saline soil conditioner complex formula to verify and filter through different application methods of pot experiment under its heavy saline soil improvement effect.The results showed that furfural residue saturated activated carbon can improve the salinization of soil chemical properties,significantly changed the role of alkali. In this experiment,the amount of furfural residue within the saturated activated carbon, between soil pH and the amount of furfural residue within saturated activated carbon shows significant negative correlation. Soil exchangeable sodium and total alkalinity are gradually declining. However,furfural residue saturated activated carbon is not lagerly influence the CEC.Test results of Modifier content impact on physical and chemical properties of soil shows, with the content modifier increased, soil bulk density decreased, soil physical structure has been improved, ventilation pervious performance is greatly improved, greatly changes have taken place in Chemical properties of soil. pH, exchangeable sodium, exchangeable sodium, total alkalinity (CO32- and HCO3- content) were significantly lower and alkaline soil significantly improved,so solve the severe problems of alkaline soil salinization in long-term high as well.The influence of amount of Modifier to soil salinity shows with the amount of modifier increased,the total salt content decreased gradually at first, then the trend of increase. Na+, CO32- and HCO3- levels were significantly decreased, so that the modifier can decrease the amount of Na2CO3 and NaHCO3 the soil salinity.After the soil was applied to P and K, which levels increased compared with the before and even make heavily barren saline soil grow grass. And then with the increasing of modifier content, all kinds of physiological index have a trend of increasing, which indicated saline soil conditioner is beneficial for crops. However, P and K content increased with the dosage is slowly and hardly be noticed.The results of Modifier formula validation shows that imposing compound modifier saturation furfural residue, all indexes are better than not to impose the improver of the soil,except for CE value have no significant differences and the best treatment combination is On the 8thA3B2C1,that is saying activated carbon saturated furfural residue, gypsum and Aluminum sulfate and Coconut residuum ratio of 1.7mg/kg,0.7mg/kg,0.2mg/kg.To use soil amelioration with furfural products was proposed in recently years, so the theory of it is not perfect yet.
