Photosynthetic characteristics, quality, yield physiological and biochemical index of Doellingeria scaber Ness. were studied, under different light intensity, the level of bio-organic fertilizer and storage temperature. Analysis derived the optimum growth environment and the best post-harvest storage temperature, so as to provide theoretical basis for building high quality cultivation system and storage technical system of Doellingeria scaber Ness. The results showed as follows:1. The Photosynthetic characteristic response to light, carbon dioxide and temperature of Doellingeria scaber Ness. were studied, which were used CIRAS-2 photosynthetic instrument. The results indicated:The light compensation points (LCP) and saturation light (SL) of Doellingeria scaber Ness. were 73.8μmol·m-2·-1 and 1115μmol·m-2·s-1, the apparent quantum yield of photosynthesis was 0.0147. The CO2 compensation points (CCP) and saturation CO2 (SC) were 111.1μmol·mol-1 and 987.5μmol·mol-1, the carboxlation efficiency was 0.0316. The optimum temperature for Pn in Doellingeria scaber's leaves was 28.3℃.2. With the decrease of light intensity, photosynthetic midday-depress was weakened, crude fibre content was reduced, while contents of chlorophyll and nitrate were increased. Under the 75% natural light intensity, contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein were the highest among the four treatments; contents of crude fibre and nitrate were lower than the others. When the light intensity for cultivating Doellingeria scaber Ness. Was 75% natural light intensity, its photosynthetic efficiency and quality could be improved.3. There were significant differences in contents of chlorophyll, soluble protein, soluble sugar, vitamin C, crude fibre, nitrate and yield among different bio-organic fertilizer treatments uknder the 75% natural light intensity. With the increase of bio-organic fertilizer, contents of chlorophyll and soluble protein increased, soluble sugar, vitamin C, leaf area and yield per plant increased until bio-organic fertilizer reached 60 kg per acre medium and then decreased, but contents of nitrate had contrary trend, contents of crude fibre decreased. Under bio-organic fertilizer reached 60 kg per 667m2, leaf area and yield per plan were the highest among the four treatments, nitrate contents were lowest, crude fibre were lower, while the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein, and vitamin C were higher.4. Under different storage temperatures (-18℃,4℃,10℃and 25℃), the postharvest physiology and quality of Doellingeria scaber Ness. were studied. The results indicated that with the increasing of storage days, leaves of Doellingeria scaber Ness. etiolated, crude fiber contents increased, while contents of vitamin C, soluble sugar and soluble protein were first increased and then decreased, under 4℃, the contents of chlorophyll, vitamin C, soluble sugar and soluble protein were higher, crude-fiber contents were lower. Doellingeria scaber Ness, was kept the nutritional contents for long. The lowest of membrane permeability and MDA contents, the highest activity of POD significantly delayed senescence process and prolonged storage life of Doellingeria scaber Ness.
