This research is based on the results of the research on the effects of temperature and humidity, the research on the plant green ecological field theory from home and abroad. This research selected 25 plant communities with the common tree species as the composition as the research object. Through testing temperature and humidity in the communities, analyzed the correlation between the temperature and the community structure, so as humidity. Comfort Index combined with integrated temperature and humidity on the community was evaluated. Based on the above two, come to a scientific and rational allocation plant species and mode of urban greening in Beijing to provide a theoretical reference. This experiment concluded that:(1) The effects of temperature and humidity is different in different plant communities. Underlying surface is different, The effects of temperature and humidity is different. It showed that effects of temperature and humidity in the single-species communities is lower than the mixture species communities. When underlying surface is different, the effects of temperature and humidity in the communities with hard underlying surface is lower than which underlying surface is plant.(2) In different seasons, the effects of temperature and humidity in the plant communities is different. In summer, the temperature sequence is Fraxinus pensylvanica> Sorphora japonica>Syringa pekinenst> S.matsudana cv.Umbraculifera> Koelreuteria paniculata> Eucommia ulmoides.In autumn,the sequence is Syringa pekinenst> Sorphora japonica>Fraxinus pensylvanic> Eucommia ulmoides> Koelreuteria paniculata> S.matsudana cv.Umbraculifera. In summer, the humidity sequence is Syringa pekinensi> Fraxinus pensylvanica> Sorphora japonica> Koelreuteria paniculata> Eucommia ulmoides> S.matsudana cv.Umbraculifera,in autumn, the sequence is Syringa pekinensi> Fraxinus pensylvanica> Eucommia ulmoides> Sorphora japonica> S.matsudana cv.Umbraculifera> Koelreuteria paniculata.(3) The structure of plant communities and sunshine is the main.In the condition that,the correlation between leaf idex of community,average crown of plant,plant density,canopy density and the effects of temperature and humidity is significant.In the communities which plant density is 0.07,the correlation coefficient between temperature,humidity and leaf idex of community is 0.9765and0.9858,when the plant density is 0.05, the correlation coefficient is 0.9955and0.9774.When the plant density is 0.07,the correlation coefficient between temperature,humidity and the plant crown is 0.8219 and 0.7911.When plant density is different, the correlation coefficient between temperature,humidity and plant density is 0.6248 and 0.6022. The correlation coefficient between temperature,humidity and canopy density is 0.7776 and 0.7529. The correlation coefficient between temperature,humidity and the strength of sunshine is -0.7984and-0.7776. The regression equation are:y=0.0343x-0.0513, R2=0.8219(a 0.05);y=0.1608x-0.6329, R2=0.7911(a<0.05).(4) Room temperature within the upper and lower ratio of plant communities and of the communities was a negative correlation, the correlation coefficient was 0.3939 (R2= 0.3929), relative humidity difference ratio and a positive correlation between canopy density, the correlation coefficient was 0.7473. The regression equation are:y=-2.2x+ 2.53, R2=0.3929 and y=26.8x-15.28, R2=0.7473.Communities up and down at different locations within the space temperature and relative humidity also has a poor rate of change, with the point of plant canopy structure.(5) The comfort index is higher in only two communities,another all creat comfortable environment.At the time of more people outside one day,in the morning,all communities can creat comfort environment,at noon,about half of the communities showed uncomfortable,in the evening,the communities comfortable.Through analysis,the tree spacies which the comfort index is well are Prunus persica Batsch.var.duple,Syringa pekinensis,S.matsudana cv.Umbraculifera,Populus tomentosa,Acer truncatum,Pinus tabulaeformis,Fraxinus pensylvanica,Sorphora japonica and Koelreuteria paniculata. The modes of plant conmmunity which is better in comfort are Liriodendron chinense+ Tilia mongolica,S.matsudana cv.Umbraculifera+ Acer truncatum,Fraxinus pensylvanica+Pinus tablaeformis,Populus tomentosa+Prunus persica Batsch.var.duple,Platycladus orientalis+Catalpa bungei+Koelreuteria paniculata+Sorphora japonica,Robinia pseudoacacia+ Populus tomentosa,Paulownia tomentosa+Sorphora japonica+Koelreuteria paniculata,Populus canadensis+Platanus occidentalis+Fraxinus pensylvanica.
