| In this paper, Abies holophylla Maxim. seedlings were cultivated in the greenhouse first ever. And by 2 years' regulating and controlling the matrix and environment, the results of experiments were supposed to provide experimental support for accelerating Abies holophylla Maxim. In the greenhouse using 10cm×20cm bowl of forestry specific nutritional annual seedlings in light and air humidity were treated at 75% and 50% air humidity, respectively 22h,18h and 14h of treatment in six quarters, after 120 Days, harvesting seedlings of morphological, physiological and biochemical indicators and the determination of endogenous hormone, light and humidity to study the regulation of terminal bud formation.Experiment with year seedlings of Abies holophylla Maxim. as materials, test results showed that:(1)Long day can promote the growth of seedlings of Abies holophylla Maxim., The air humidity(75%) can completely prevent the bud set; air humidity(50%,18h)can stop 60% of the seedlings bud set.(2)Air humidity plays an important part of the growth of the Abies holophylla Maxim. seedling, air humidity not only affects the morphological characters of seedlings with light together. In a different light conditions, high humidity is well to meeting new stem elongation, seedling height growth, and plant height under the conditions(18h,75%) of the most significant growth-promoting effect;(3)Compared to extended photoperiod, high air humidity can more effectively block bud set;(4)In the high air humidity, fill light conditions, proline of seedlings of stems is the lowest in 18h day time, and proline in 14h day time to the maximum value;(5)Hormone in leaves>hormone in stem>hormone in root, which was the lowest GA, ZR content slightly higher than GA, arid IAA and ABA content is relatively high. |
