As strong karsts development, natural disasters, population growth pressures over the environmental capacity of karsts region itself, a serious degradation of the ecosystem and people's living standard is low, economically backward, in order to survive, people have to predatory exploitation of land, agricultural development and utilization of traditional methods (such as deforestation, land reclamation slope) and the extensive cultivation of management has also caused further deterioration of ecological environment, the deterioration of the living environment, so that relying solely on agricultural income of farmers living more poverty, a vicious circle, In order to fundamentally solve the ecological environment of karsts mountainous areas and improving people's living standards.
