Every year the production reduction and poor quality of silkworm cocoon bring great loss, which is caused by the infectious diseases. If the silkworm infectious diseases happen, there must be a lot of pathogens in sericultural environment. Disinfection is the most effective method to cut off the spread and diffusion of pathogens. Effective disinfection can reduce the pathogens in the sericultural environment to low level which can not cause diseases, or affect the production and quality of silkworm cocoons. The use of chemcial disinfection is always the important measure to reduce the diseases of silkworm. The development of chemcial disinfectant in sericultural environment is an important sericultural science and research direction.Calcium hypochlorine is a wide range of disinfectant raw materials in sericultural production. There is some weakness in about Calcium hypochlorine , such as not soluble in water, effective ingredients releasing not so quickly ect. Xiaoteling is adisinfectant which mainly contained Calcium hypochlorine. But the auxiliary agent is not economic and easy to store. The screening for auxiliay to improve the properties becomes very important. In that study, we choose a suitable auxiliary agent from Halimide to blend with Calcium hypochlorine. A new contain chloric disinfectant XD-A was developed. Some research have been done about the new disinfectant, such as the disinfection effec, the sterilization mechanism. The main research results are showed as following:1 The most suitable auxiliary agents was selceted by solubility test, antimicrobial testing, food testing from the drugs to blend with Calcium hypochlorine for forming XD-A. The main and auxiliary agent is the 6:1 ratio.2 Disinfectant XD-A had been tested on a series of tests in this article. While the available chlorine concentration was 0.3% for 15 min, common silkworm pathogens such as Beauveria bassiana , Bacillus thuringiensis Berliner had been completely killed. The biology test showed that when the available chlorine concentration was 0.1% for 10 min , Bombyx mori nucleopolyhedrosis body (NPB) and cytoplasmic polyhedrosis body (CPB) had been completely killed. In this experiment, disinfectant XD-A was added to the silkworm diets, while no harmful effect was observed on the physiological functions and cocoon quality of the silkworm.3 The disinfectant liquid stated in the exposure, it could maintain the high available concentration for 52 h, pH can be maintained at 10.2; metal corrosion test showed that XD-A stainless steel, carborn steel, aluminum belong to mild corrosion.4 We determinated the EC50 of XD-A, main and auxiliary by spore germination inhibition test. The co-toxicity coefficient was calculated by EC50 is 718.6394. The role between main and auxiliay agent is synergistic effect.5 Using conductimetric method, measured the XD-A the main and auxiliary agents are mixed effect on Beauveria bassiana and Bacillus sp. The result showed that: XD-A effects on Beauveria bassiana and Bacillus sp damage the permeability of cell membrane was stronger than adjuvant alone.6 Were observed by optical microscope, XD-A mixture of main and auxiliary agents and the respective role of the Bacillus sp, hyphae and spores of Beauveria bassiana buns, NPV morphology of destruction. The results showed that: XD-A mixing of main and auxiliary agents for the destruction of pathogenic microorganisms was stronger than the main and auxiliary agents alone.
