Organic agriculture is the agriculture direction of "sustainable development", this world generally choose this direction, the current organic vegetables industry rapid development rapidly, biogas residue and biogas slurry is very good organic fertilizers, if the biogas residue and slurry applied to vegetables, it is a kind of resources recycle, also can solve the environmental problems its bring. Through the investigation of Beijing biogas stations, founded that chicken manure and cattle manure are the main raw material, so this test choose chicken and cattle manure biogas residue and slurry as fertilizers.The results were as follows:The pot test (except the carrots), the yield of vegetables which applicate chicken manure biogas fertilizer are higher than the correspond treatments which applicate cattle manure biogas fertilizer, higher 0.5%-117.1%; The three treatments of application the same biogas fertilizer showed that, the yield of vegetables which half of the biogas slurry as base fertilizer and another half as top fertilizer is highest, biogas residue as base fertilizer and biogas slurry as top fertilizer is lower, thelowest is biogas residue as base fertilizer.In vegetable quality of the pot test. The content of Vc (except the carrots) which applicate cattle biogas fertilizer are higher than applicate chicken biogas fertilizer, opposite to the nitrate content.There are obvious negative correlation between Vc content and nitrate content of Vegetables.The nitrogen use efficiency of chicken biogas fertilizer was higher than cattle biogas fertilizer in pot test. The nitrogen use efficiency of chicken biogas fertilizer was between 6.9% and 74.2%, the nitrogen use efficiency of cattle biogas fertilizer was between -2.1% and 42.2%. The amount of surplus nitrogen in soil which applicate cattle biogas fertilizer were higher than applicate cattle biogas fertilizer.In field test, amount of fertilizer and irrigation affected the amount of leached Nmin dramatically. In conventional irrigation treatments, the amount of leached Nmin in conventional and reduced feitilizer treatments were 7.3 and 14.5 times that of reduced irrigation repectively. In conventional irrigation treatments, when the amount of fertilizer reduced two third of conventional amount of fertilizer, the amount of leached Nmin in conventional fertilizer treatments was 1.6 times as the amount in reduced fertilizer.The amount of fertilizer affected the amount of ammonia volatilization dramatically, irrigation and temperature also have influence on ammonia volatilization. The amount of ammonia volatilization in the conventional fertilizer treatments are higher than the reduced fertilizer treatments. In the second season, the amount of ammonia volatilization of conventional and reduced irrigation showed that, convengion fertilizer treatments are 1.2 times as the amount of reduced fertilizer.
