| The status and role of urban afforesting and greening is playing an increasingly important role in urban landscape green. It becomes an important part of the urban construction of material and spiritual civilization. Large-bole with its unique glamour in urban landscape green manifest not only a visual center of the urban green, and also make the green exert landscape effect, ecological benefits and social benefits in the short time, and shorten the construction period of urban green. It was demolish forest resource and natural ecology & landscape in the production place. At the same time, there were significant negative effects for the protection of forest resource and the developing of urban greening, because pruning, cutting crown during the transplantation, and poor maintenance technology, low survival ration. Therefore, the debate of the advantage and disadvantage about "the tree transplanting" has failed to stop during the past decade.Changsha was not only a national garden city and a national forest city, but also an outstanding capital city of the production management and utilization of the trees in the nationwide. In order to discuss the advantage and disadvantage about "the tree transplanting", and provide reference about urban greening decision-making and technology level, on the basis of many first-hand information and in-depth research, on-site investigation and questionnaire of seedling production and the utilization of the tree on the Changsha, this study analysis the status quo of the trees transplanting, emphasis the existing problems combine with the example, and discuss the advantage and disadvantage about "the tree transplanting" in the technology and policy aspect. The results showed as follow:1. There was significant effect of "the tree transplanting", which accelerate urban landscape green in Changsha, and favorable effect for beautify urban environment, improve living condition of the city residents, and improve the quality of life and the grade of urban. In addition, it provides for garden plot of the rest, tour, conduct scientific culture activity, and promote physical and mental health. Therefore, it plays an important role for enhancing the grade of urban, improving urban environment and constructing harmonious society.2. Due to bad technology, there was low survival ration of "the tree transplanting", which caused the waste of the tree resources and the financing of transplanting. In general, the survival ration of transplanting during the suitable season can reach 80%-95%, but there was significant decline by during the inappropriate season. The survival ration of the tree, which digs down into the mountains and never nursery stock breeding, was relatively lower, because of root damage and without cultivation repaired.3. "The tree transplanting" brings economic income in the production place. However, there was certain negative effect of "The tree transplanting", because, to a certain extent, it was destroy ecological environment in the production place.4. In the future, five key step should be solve all problems in urban landscape green, including policy guidance, perfect technology, the principle of the protection in the production place, the increase of the survival ration, the reduction of the risks and costs in the tree transplanting.5. Strengthen the tree transplanting technologies research and innovation, and the professional technical personnel training dynamics, make a set of effective complete scientific methods and specific & effective transplanting measures, and matches by the specialized technical personnel assessment system to effectively guarantee the tree transplanting survival ratio.6. Regularly organize relevant urban greening knowledge popularization and promotion activities, such as the Arbor Day, we can hold interactive activities for the public to experience urban greening related technologies. |
