Soil salinization is one of important factor of influences which affacts the harvest of land crop in arid-semiarid region, and also the major factor restricts agricultural production of our country. One of the effective way to solve the problem is cultivating salt-tolerant varieties to increase efficiency of saline soil utilization.Wheat is the main food crop in the North of our country. Therefore, comprehend the salt-tolerance mechanism of wheat and research the wheat changes between form and physiological and biochemical index under salt stress, it has a important meaning to probe salt stress mechanism and improve the salt tolerance of wheat. The purpose of this research is according to the form index and physiological and biochemical index of wheat in arid region as basis, research the wheat physio-ecological salt tolerance mechanism in different salt, and provide reference for wheat salt tolerance breeding and salt tolerance identification. The chief conclusion as follows:1.Seed sprout and seeding tendencyThe sprout rate, bud time, seeding height, root length, proportion of seeding and root of wheat are all reduce when salt raise. The sprot rate of salt tolerance variety higher than common variety, and other index decrease lower than common variety. The respondent extent of seeding height and root length have distinct differences when the concentration of salt increase. NaCl tolerance can give serious control for wheat sprout and growth in low the concentration of salt and the concentration of salt at short ranges, bring forward more 0.2%-0.8% concentration of NaCl than concentration of Na2SO4 and shorten 1-2 gradient in the range.2. Antioxidase systemThe content of MDA of wheat increase by the concentration of salt and stress time increase in salt stress. The range ability of the content of MDA of salt tolerance variety less than common variety. Due to the different varieties of salt have different sensibility, the content of MDA more than Na2SO4 stress from 18.1% to 45.5%. The response of antioxidase system of wheat has difference in different salt tolerance variety and different salinity. Low concentration can improve POD activity, when the concentration increases the POD activity decrease quickly. In the whole process, the POD activity of salt tolerance variety higher than common variety; the POD activity of Na2SO4 stress higher than NaCl, so it has a familiar relation between POD activity and Na2SO4 stress, due to the different varieties of salt have different sensibility, POD activity more than NaCl stress from23.5% to 58.7%.3. Osmotic regulation substancesThe osmotic regulation substances of different salt stress and salt tolerance varieties all have differences. The content of Pro and soluble sugar of wheat increase when the concentration of salt increase, and decrease when the stress time overlength; the increase range of salt tolerance variety more than common variety and decrease range less than common variety.4. PhotosystemsThe content of chlorophyll has differences in different salt stress and different salt tolerance varieties. The effect of wheat chlorophyll in low salt stress is not obviously, the content of chlorophyll decrease when the concentration of salt increase. In low concentration, the increase range of chlorophyll content in Na2SO4 stress higher than NaCl, and decrease range of chlorophyll content in high concentration of NaCl higher than Na2SO4 . In the whole process, chlorophyll content of salt tolerance varieties higher than common varieties.5. The interaction effect of temperature and saltThe content of Pro reduce gradually by the temperature raise; the content of Pro rise gradually by the salt raise. The content of Pro change obviously in 0.6% concentration of NaCl. The NaCl stress in wheat more than Na2SO4 stress.
