This study optimized the several detection conditions of microorganism depressed method (cup method), so raised the detection rate of Residue analysis of Quinolones drugs in foods. We got the tested results belowed by optimizing the best cultivanted conditions for microbes and pre-processing the samples, besides sensitization of experiment bacteriums.By SENS of microorganism, we choosed E.coli ATTCC8739, which was sentive to Quinolones drugs, from some different strains.Besides, we screened the best cultivanted conditons. The test result showed that the E.coli ATTCC8739 was detected best at 36℃and lasted 6-10h。We established 1%(106-109CFU/mL)as the added amount of bacterium suspension, and added TTC by 1% to the nutrient medium, which could profit the observation and registration of the test.On the basis of hemcial constitution of Quinolones drugs, we compared the several extract effects and choiced the pH8.0 PCD—AN as extract. In the abstraction progress, got the ideal result. At the same time condensed by blowing nitrogen the sample, improved the concentration of detected sample.By APE test of Enrofloxacin and colibacillary growth test effected by Enrofloxacin. We added 1MIC Enrofloxacin to bacterium suspension, which improved the detection result of Enrofloxacin. Conclusion:Applied the aboved methods, the limit of quantitation of Quinolones drugs degraded obviously, and detection rate was boosted, besides showed good recovery rate and reproducibility, which were easy and could cut down the test of cost, especially Quinolones drugs preliminary screening in great numbers of animal foodstuff.
