| The esat-6,cfp-10 and mpb-83 gene were studied in 473 China Holsteins and regarded as candidate genes for diagnosis of Bovine tuberculosis. Molecular biotechnology and immunology techniques were used to diagnose bovine tuberculosis screening of specific proteins, the purpose provided a reference for future with prevention and eradication of bovine tuberculosis cattle.The results were as follows:(1)Bovine tuberculosis of epidemiology. Clinical epidemiological investigation is major investigation of Shandong scale cattle, the main method is based on tuberculin (PPD) skin test metamorphosis,the other specific proteins (such as ESAT-6, CFP-10) is not important.The test, the 473 cows were detected, Among the total detected 44 positive cattles, the positive rate is 9.30%.The survey also compared by different methods, the purpose choose the more convenient, accurate and efficient method, it can provide theoretical basis for future clinical testing.(2)ESAT-6 and CFP-10 cell immunity test. Through statistical analysis of this test proved that PPD could be replaced byESAT-6 and CFP-10 in diagnosis of bovine tuberculosis.(3)MPB-83 humoral immunity test. ELISA of detection that MPB-83 is antigen didn't achieve the desired result. |
