Abstract/Summary:
Related studies show that plant roots secrete low molecular weight organic acids can promoted the decomposition of aluminum silicates, its can effectively promote the release of structural mineral potassium. This is an important way to plants to supplement and supply for growth. The study use slow-release and controlled-release technology ,and simulate the process of plant roots release low molecular weight organic acids, in order to make an artificial root which can control-released low molecular weight organic acids. Explore and used the method of biological and chemical to control mineral potassium to release. Through the experimental comparison, the effect of lignin as an artificial root to adsorption and release organic acids is better. Artificial roots are all able to promote the release of potassium. Oxalic acids treatment was better than citric acid. And more heavier the materials are the effect of promoting potassium release is better. Artificial roots promote the quantity contained of soil available potassium of sandy soil up to 110 %, and the quantity contained of slow release potassium up to 49.4%.The study can improved the quality of sandy soil in desertification area.
