Lactococcus lactis is the beneficial bacteria in annimal and human being's gut,it is generally acknowledged as a security microorganism,on the one hand,it could maintain the ecological balance in the gut, stimulate the mucous membrane immune response of the organism,on the other hand ,the recombinant gene Lactobacillus could be useful an resource for the development of functional foods, medical care and oral vaccine.Salmonella enteritidis is one of the most serious disease during the poultry industry,It causes great losses to the national economy, especially in high-density culture conditions,The outer membrane protein of Salmonella enteritis is a better immune protective antigen,it could stimulate the host to produce strong immune response, the outer membrane protein OMPX as a virulence factor is involved in the adhesion of intestinal bacteria.according to the gene sequence of Salmonella enteritidis AM933172 in GeneBank,To clone and express the gene encoded the outer membrane protein X of Salmonella Enteritidis. The PCR product was cloned into pMG36e vector,Recombinant expression plasmid pMG36e-OMPX was constructed. Then the recombinants were transferred into the host strain MG1614.SDS-PAGE showed a 16 KD protein was expressed and western-blot confirmed the antigenicity against positive sera. Then we have a research on the stability of recombinant bacteria , protective immunity in mice , anti-osmotic nature , feed conversion. The results show that the recombinant bacteria have a good stability, could improve the immunity of mice and the recombinants could grow well in the 5-6% salt concentration. The results also show that recombinant strain has no effect on the broiler feed conversion.it could be usefulL resource for development of genetic probiotics. It also provides a new way to the prevention and control of Salmonella enteritidis.
