Neat's feet are the bases for supporting oxes, and the health status of neat's feet affect cattle production performance play directly. Cattles'hoofs grow fast because of the adequate cattle nutrition, especially in the feeding conditions, lack of exercise and reasonable obliterated results in more deformation of neat's foot. Cows weigh heavy, so hoof deformation not only results in motor dysfunction, but also likely to cause limb abnormalities and other potential limb hoof disease, even impact milk production and quality due to severe motor difficulties, and cows were forced to prematurely eliminated, which has caused great damage to cattle industry.3000 dairy cows from 10 dairy herds in Taian region were selected in this investigation. We study the regularity of deformed claws and the relationship between deformed claws and some relative factors, so that provide theoretical basis for prevention and treatments of deformed claws. The investigation includes three aspects:(1)Investing the general informatin of the dairy herds, such as raising method, milking style, ground style and ground area, hoof care method. (2)Investing the incidence of deformed claws, recording the type and the position of deformed claws. Recording the age, parity, milk production and the sire line of the investigated cattle.(3)The cattles with deformed claws were trimmed by the Dutch Method after the investigation. The results show that a variety of factors can contribute to the cow hoof's deformation in the large-scale dairy farms. The incidence of hoof deformation is related to age, parity and milk production. But repair properly can raise the milk production..
