Experiments were conducted to study the producing techniques and the effectiveness of protection and application of Rume n bypass methionine(RPMet).The experiment using wet granul ation be spherical methionine ,Coated by spray drying microencapsulation of ruminally protected methionine product. Wa ll ma terial used in this experiment IV, acrylic resins, hydroxypropyl A fiber, ethyl cellulose, acrylic resin IV, and HPMC in the mixed material and acrylic resin and ethyl cellulose IV, the hybrid materials. Different ratio, and different amount of wall material, to produce the first batch of 21 ruminally protected methionine product; Mixed wall ma terial treated by uniform design treatment, the best ratio of results. Then the best ratio of wall material, different dosage, to produce five kinds of rumi nally protected methionine product. Final test its stability by in vitro me thod to select the best of a wall material.Fed diff erent diets in the rumen of dairy goats RPMet effective degradation rate differences ,Select three healthy dairy goats, install a permanent rumen fistula ,Dynami c determination RPMet rumen degradation rate in situ. Design of forage to concentrate ratio was I (50:50), II (30:70), III (70:30) of three diets, 3 * 3 Latin square experiment design. The results showed that feeding of three diets (I, II, III group) of dairy goat rumen, PH value in the range of PH6.08-6.40,PH6.43-6.90,PH5.50-5.90. Methionine corresponding to the effective rumen degradation rates were: 72.30%, 70.29%,68.85% (Kp=0.02/h ),78.69%,76.76%,73.30% (Kp=0.06/h ).Adding diff erent amounts of ruminally protected methionine testing all dairy goat rumen digestive tract on the absorption of methionine and the in vivo effects of nitrogen deposition. Selected three healthy dairy goats, three treatment groups (I, II, III), Add the amount of me thionine in rumen were 0g, 15g, 30g, 3 * 3 Latin square experiment design. The results revealed that the addition of rumi nally protected methionine in the diet, Fecal nitrogen content did not change significantly (P> 0.05), the nitrogen content in urine was significantly increased (III> II> I) (P <0.005), This shows the total tract of dairy goat rume n absorption of methionine good. Ingested nitrogen into tissue significantly increased the deposition efficiency (II> III> I) (P <0.05).
