This paper is taken pot experiment and field survey to study on the Rhus typhina which is an exotic species for China. The paper has been studied from two aspects, one is the cloning competitiveness ability of Rhus typhina; second is the resistance of it. In this way, we systematically studied the anti-adversity and cloning competitive ability of Rhus typhina in order to draw a comprehensive conclusion to guide the application of Rhus typhina in ecological constructions.By systematically investigate of Rhus typhina on its growth characteristics and the reproduction indexes of the Rhus typhina clone seedlings, we studied the cloning competitive ability of Rhus typhina. As the mother tree Rhus typhina diameter increases, the growth of various organs is in upward trend. Because of the automatic cutting roots phenomenon, the cloning ability of Rhus typhina do not always keep growing with their age. The number of clone seedling and growth situation is closely related to their distance to the mother trees. The plant density decide the intraspecific competition intensity level and the body size within populations. Compared to Rhus typhina, Robinia pseudoacacia shows greater competitive advantages.Rhus typhina and Robinia pseudoacacia both have strong self-control ability, it can quickly adjust their metabolism and make the physiological response. The SOD activity, POD activity and the soluble protein content followed the stress strength in different ways. In mixed forest it also has different performances.Rhus typhina showed different regularities on salt strss and drought stress. The higher drought stress intense, the lower its increasing amount of SOD activity will be, and it is significantly higher than that of Robinia pseudoacacia. The POD activity of Rhus typhina and Robinia pseudoacacia both showed upward trend with the increase of salt concentration. The higher the salt concentration is, the smaller increase rate of POD activity will be. Pro content of the two species first decreased and then increased while the content of Chla and Chlb first increased and then decreased. The changing tendency of Carotenoids are different between the two species and there are great differences between different treatments. |
