In order to know the rules of the absorption accumulation and the mechanism of regulation for nutrient uptake,to prove the rule of crop requiring fertilizer, to know the nutrient supplied from soil and the use for fertilizer, we did this experiment at the experimental farm of Shandong agricultural university from 2009 to 2010. The main results as follows:1 The treatment of N,P,K matched most improve the crop's yield and biomass than the othere's. It can increase the crop yield by using Zinc.In this condition we could know that the N of soil only just meets one-time crop's growth, and the N use increased from the second crop. We expected that from the forth crop the large elements of soil could meet the crop's need. The potassium just can meet three crop's growth.2 It has significant influence by different fertilization on wheat and corn. The treatments of NPK and NK can more increased the enzyme activity. And nitrogen can influence the activity of GDH, and also the SPS by phosphorous and potassium.3 Fertilizer NPK and NP can significantly improve crop nutrient uptake and accumulation, and can significantly improve the transfer of nutrients to the amount of grain crops; corn per unit of nutrient absorbed a large amount of grain produced is NPK treatment, and the nitrogen and potassium on Maize yield increased every year, wheat per unit of nutrient absorbed a large amount of grain produced is PK treatment; blank treatment on the nutrient demand of crops were higher, and nutrient deficiency on the appropriate nutrients are in more demand High levels of phosphorus in corn demand for which increased year by year.Season corn nitrogen agronomic efficiency of fertilizer treatment is higher, and in the second quarter of corn agronomic efficiency of fertilizer was significantly higher than the first quarter of corn, indicating the role of fertilizer on crop yield increases year by year. Potassium treatment in the wheat season agronomic efficiency of fertilizer nitrogen were significantly higher than that, phosphorus deficiency treatment. Wheat, maize, agronomic efficiency of fertilizer N is verified on maize yield and higher grain yield K on the significant role, and potassium fertilizer on corn, wheat yield increase every year. 4 The treatment of NPK can most improve the nutrient content of soil than the othere's, but if the fertilizer used do not balance then the nutrient will depletion. Effect of zinc from the soil to promote crop nutrient uptake of P and K, but with Zinc applied into the soil available Zn content increases every year, that we should consider the application of zinc fertilizer using timely, reduction to the principle of Prevent the pollution of crop nutrients and soil poisoning phenomenon.5 The soil nutrient abundant lack of status reduced year after year. Although the contribution of soil nutrient greater than the fertilizer, but along with the planting age, the contribution of fertilizer increased. The most significant contribution of fertilizer effect is the treatment of NPK mixed used.6 From the results we can know that the positive effects on growth, yield and the fertilizer contribution on crops by using Zinc, specially the treatments of NK with Zinc. The effect significant on corn than on wheat by using Zinc, it also can improve the absorption of potassium. But the effects reduced on nitrogen metabolism.
