In order to implement the fault diagnosis consultation system of the four-wheels vehicles in agricultural. The paper is supported by expert system technology, and builds physics model of fault diagnosis system for vehicles in agricultural, by researching the fault diagnosis mechanism and multi-knowledge representation method. The accuracy of fault diagnosis not only depends on experience, but also needs the guidance and assistance of deep knowledge. Especially in the terms of automatic generation of surface knowledge, improvement of reasoning efficiency, enhancement of the conclusion accuracy and inquiry optimization of the basic fact, it will play a very important role in the mathematical simulation of the detection object, the basic rule of affair evolution, equipment action function and events causality network. According to the physical modeling for electrical system of vehicles in agricultural, the paper systematically and comprehensively discusses the approach and the resolution to the practical problems when utilizing multi-knowledge representations to modeling system construction, component properties, the connected relation, evolution mechanism and the key routes of problem-resolving, and then studies and preliminary designs the consultation system of the fault diagnosis system for vehicles in agricultural. The system not only can solve the problem of the fault diagnosis system for vehicles in agricultural effectively, but also has great significance for improving labor productivity in rural areas.This paper focuses on three main aspects. The first aspect is the physical modeling for vehicles in agricultural. The second one is to frame the fault reasoning route based on the script and generate the rules automatically. The third one is to optimize the quiz strategy during the fault diagnosis reasoning and validate the conclusions.According to the domestic and foreign development status of the fault diagnosis system, the paper contrasts the advantage and disadvantage of the different knowledge representation in fault diagnosis and deeply discusses physics modeling method and the advantage of multi-knowledge representation. The paper demonstrates the basic theory and implements method of the rules automatically generation based on the script model and the key technology of the quiz strategy and conclusion validation in fault diagnosis reasoning. It preliminarily researches the case-based reasoning in fault diagnosis system application.According to the above basic theory and research results, the paper grasps the agriculture vehicles physical model and logic model based on the multi-knowledge representation by using database as a whole, basically implements the fault diagnosis of electric system for the agriculture vehicles. At the same time, it points out the limitations and inadequacies of the system, and the future research focu and directions.
