Sprinkler irrigation project, as a kind of advanced irrigation measure widely accepted by us, has played an important role for the development of the water-saving irrigation in our country. In order to ensure the irrigation effect when sprinkler irrigation engineering at runtime and avoid the influence of sprinkler design uniformity, the intelligent simulation study in sprinkler irrigation operation is very necessary. The influence of sprinkler design uniformity is caused by sprinkler system fitting after long-term disassembling. So only grasp the working condition of the irrigation system comprehensively, it can be ensure that the requirements of the sprinkler uniformity. According to the characteristics of the irrigation engineering and nozzle spray, a indoor test method will be studied by this paper. The experiment analyses the distribution of water and nozzle spray characteristics in a variable condition. Basing on the core contents of intelligent simulation sprinkler system, the main study of this paper is summarized as follows:(1) On the condition of sprinkler irrigation potential development in our country, the problems encountered by spray irrigation project operation is studied after review the development and characteristics of irrigation project of spray irrigation engineering. The problems include nozzle sprinkler effect caused by fitting after long-term disassembling, and the variable factors to consider the immobilized in the irrigation system engineering design. So the study about nozzle spray properties and the construction of irrigation operation simulation system are put forward based on the actual operation situation of irrigation.(2)According to the hydraulic conditions nozzle possible produced,the experiment of nozzle spray water droplets is studied indoor. The research assay the water distribution under different working pressure. Through the analysis of the experimental data, the relationship between droplets size and the position of water droplets falling will be get. Then it shows a complicated stochastic process of spray water droplets.(3)Basing on the theory of droplets air-motion studied by previous man and combining experimental analysis result, the random mathematical model of water spraying is establish. With the way of random sample of Monte carlo method, the numerical calculation method about random differential equations of droplets is presented.(4)The spraying effect of droplets is simulated by using random mathematical model, and the result is analyzed by comparing with experimental result, therefore, the model is proved to be reasonable. According to the influence of environmental wind to droplets, the model is used to intelligently simulate this situation. And the conclusion that the result of nozzle spraying accords with practice is conclude. The example analysis shows that the model can simulate well the operation aspect of irrigation project.
