Abstract/Summary:
In this experiment, two different modified montmorillonite modified methods of weaning piglets feeding experiment, the montmorillonite modified by different methods of weaning piglet production capacity, anti-diarrhea ability to study the growth and promotion of piglets anti-diarrheal effects, as modified by nano-montmorillonite in the production of weaned piglets to provide a theoretical basis.Used similar weight healthy "Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire",28 crossbred piglets 160 days of age were randomly divided into 5 groups, each of four repeat, a repeat for a column, that is, each 16, each component in column 2, column 8 for each column and each half and half male and female piglets. Group 1 was the control group,2 to 4 are the montmorillonite group, the amount of additive per kg diets, respectively,1000 mg,2000 mg,4000 mg, group 5 was the control group chlortetracycline additive volume for each 150 mg kg diets. Feeding trials were conducted to determine weaned piglets during the trial period, the average daily gain, feed conversion rate and the average incidence of diarrhea. The results showed that nano-modification by intercalation of montmorillonite on the sixteenth corner to promote the growth of piglets have a good effect, the effect and add the control group rather chlortetracycline, and sixteen of such modified growth-promoting effect of Angle montmorillonite was positively correlated with the additive, in a dose dependent manner. Comprehensive test of the three indicators of the effect of weaning piglets given the best in the recommended dose of diets per kg from 2000 to 4000 mg.Selected 128 health "Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire",28 days old crossbred piglets, piglets with similar body weight were randomly divided into control group, copper group, pure montmorillonite group and the "copper montmorillonite" group, etc.4 groups of four replicates, each of eight pigs, a duplicate of a column, the proportion of each column evenly divided male and female piglets. Each basal diet composition and nutrient content of the same. The first group was the control group, no extra added copper or montmorillonite; the second group of 78 mg per kg of diet supplemented with inorganic Cu (CUSO4·5H2O); the third group the basal diet supplemented with 2.0 kg grams of nano-sixteen angle Mongolia off the stone; fourth group of the basal diet supplemented with 2.0 kg grams of "copper modified montmorillonite sixteen angle," which is equivalent to the amount of copper in the second group the amount of copper added. The results showed that compared with the control group, "copper modified montmorillonite sixteen angles" group significantly increased (P<0.05) weaning ADG, feed conversion, and small intestine absorption area, which was significantly lower (P<0.05) diarrhea rate and the small intestine, colon contents of harmful bacteria in the number of E. coli and Salmonella; and montmorillonite group also decreased significantly (P<0.05) rates of diarrhea, increased (P<0.05) intestinal absorption area. Montmorillonite group with simple or pure copper group, "copper modified montmorillonite sixteen angles" group significantly (P<0.05) increased ADG and weaning feed conversion (P<0.05), significantly lower a (P<0.05) contents of the small intestine and colon of harmful bacteria in the number of E. coli and Salmonella.
