Stem borer is widely distributed in China, heavy damage. the strategy that prevent the stem borer is adopted by"suppress the insect source, force to avoid borer damage, focusing on drugs" as the strategic thinking.it should be based on agriculture in the fight against technology-based prevention and treatment, coordinating the use of resistant varieties, biological control, etc., chemical control method has an irreplaceable position in IPM,5 Gao methamidophos, organophosphorus pesticide poisoning pesticide production and use in China, occupied about 70% rate, widely used in rice, cotton, pest controlit cause all sorts of adverse effects for people's irrational use of pesticides it plays an important role in agricultural production, these pesticides bound to bring pesticide supply gap, to the major impact of agricultural production.in 2007.The experiment used Bioassay method to study the toxicity of 8 moderate activity of these insecticides on the rice stem borer, measure determination of six kinds of mixtures joint toxicity. Laboratory bioassay showed that chlorpyrifos, cyfluthrin and permethrin efficient, fipronil, chlorfluazuron, dichlorvos, avermectin against rice stem borer has high biological activity; acephate LC50 value of the SSB than 400mg/L, tested borer has generated low-level resistance to acephate.Mixture field efficacy trials show that 25% Triazophos·toxic water emulsion and 25% Triazo phos·Chlorpyrifos EW against rice stem borer showed good insecticidal effect, with a single dose were obvious synergies effect. Of which 25% Triazophos·toxic water emulsion have the best control effect for the 262.5g/hm2.
