Residues and removing rules of usual medicines in sheep,broiler chicken,dairy cows and laying bird production at Xinjiang area were studied in this paper,in order to give a reference for livestock and poultry production.Experiment 1: 15 healthy Kazakh sheep were selected and separated into 3 groups according to the weight,5 sheep in each group. The medicines used in experiment sheep was on the basis of sorts,methods and dosage of usual antibiotics and parasiticides in sheep production at Xinjiang area,and the residues and removing rules of each medicine in sheep's muscle (include gluteus, semitendinosus, longissimus thoracis), liver and kidney. Benzylpenicillin sodium was added in 13-15 days,the dose was 3 millions units/kg body weight,intramuscular injection,twice a day;Ceftiofur sodium was added in 10-12 days, the dose was 10 mg/kg body weight,intramuscular injection,once a day; Streptomycin sulfate was added in 8-10 days, the dose was 15 mg/kg body weight, intramuscular injection, twice a day; Ivermectin was added in 1-3 days, the dosage was 0.3 mg/kg body weight, orally, once a day; Albendazole was added in 11-13 days, the dose was 10 mg/kg body weight, orally, once a day; Levamisole was added in 12-14 days, the dosage was 7.5 mg/kg body weight, orally, once a day; Praziquantel was added in 1-3 days, the dosage was 20 mg/kg body weight, orally, once a day. The results were showed as follows: residues of Benzylpenicillin sodium in sheep's kidney was highest at the 5th withdrawal day , it was fourfold than that in liver, and muscle tissues had the lowest remains; residues of Ceftiofur sodium in various tissues of sheep were all had low remains; at the 10th,20th and 30th withdrawal days, the detected results were showed that Streptomycin sulfate was metabolized slowly and had high remains in kidney and liver, and it was metabolized quickly and had low remains in muscle tissues; residues of Ivermectin was highest in sheep's kidney at the 17th withdrawal day, and were not detected in liver and longissimus thoracis; residues of Albendazole were not detected at the 7th withdrawal days; residues of Levamisole were not detected at the 6th withdrawal days; residues of Praziquantel were not detected at the 17th, 27th and 37th withdrawal days.Experiment 2: 10 broiler chicken with 42 days were selected randomly, and their pectorals, semitendinosus, heart, liver and kidney tissue were detected. Doxycycline Hyclate was put in chickens from 10 to 13 days and 16 to 19 days, and the dosage was 4 mg/kg; Heomycin was put in chickens from 16 to 19 days and 31 to 33 days, and the dosage was 16 mg/kg. These two medicines were used frequently in broiler chicken production, so we detected the residues in order to understand the conditions in each tissue of broiler chicken. The results were showed as follows: In 42-days chickens, the residues concentration of Heomycin was highest in pectorals and gluteus, remains in kidney and liver was one-quarter in muscle tissues; the residues concentration of Doxycycline Hyclate was highest in liver, and was about ten times than that in muscle tissues, heart and liver.Experiment 3: 20 Hestan with breast inflammation were selected and divided into 4 groups, 5 cows in each group. The medicines used in experiment cows were according to the sorts, methods and dosage of medicines in cow production at Xinjiang area, and the residues in collected milk samples were detected and change rules of residues were studied. Benzylpenicillin sodium: intramuscular injection, 2 millions units/kg body weight, twice a day, with three days; Ceftiofur sodium: intramuscular injection, 4 mg/kg body weight, twice a day, with three days; Streptomycin sulfate: intramuscular injection, 1 million unit/kg body weight, twice a day, with three days; Long-acting oxytetracycline: intramuscular injection, 2 millions units/kg body weight, once two days, with third times. The results were showed as follows: the residue rule of Benzylpenicillin potassium in milk was 1th>5th>3th withdrawal days; the residue of Ceftiofur sodium in milk was 3th>1th>5th withdrawal days; the residue rule of Streptomycin in milk was 1th>3th>5th withdrawal days; the residue of Long-acting oxytetracycline in milk was maintain 175μg/kg from 1th to 11th withdrawal days;Experiment 4: 90 hens were selected and divided into 4 groups randomly, each group had 30 chickens. The medicines used in experiment chickens were according to the sorts, methods and dosage of medicines in chicken production at Xinjiang area, and the residues in collected egg samples were detected and change rules of residues were studied. Tartrate Tylosin: 500 mg/L water, mixed drink, twice a day, with three days; Ceftiofur sodium: 60 mg/kg body weight, intramuscular injection, once a day, with three days; Ciprofloxacin: 80 mg/L water, mixed drink, twice a day, with three days;The results were showed as follows: the residue of Tartrate Tylosin in eggs was about 2μg/kg at 1th and 3th withdrawal days; the residue rule of Ceftiofur sodium in eggs was 7th>5th>3th >1th withdrawal days; the residue rule of Ciprofloxacin in eggs was 11th>7th>5th >1th>3th with withdrawal days.
