The Italica Planch (Brassica oleracea L. var. italica Planch. Byoccoli Cruciferae) has become the main export fine vegetables in Yunnan province recently. Due to the development of agricultural environment pollution, the Italica Planch production safety was threatened potentially by heavy metal pollution of the environment. By Yunnan in the soil heavy metal background values of some high impact, to a certain extent, restrict the production safety of the Italica Planch. This article mainly aims at the Yunnan vegetable production safety problems, and through the pot experiment research, Pb and Cd stress condition, the Italica Planch production, quality, the different varieties and parts of Italica Planch absorption characteristics of metal enrichment. Food safety production for formulating daiqing specification, ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products, the development of Yunnan vegetables industry and soil resources and environmental management to provide the scientific basis for farmland.Experiment choose four the Italica Planch varieties with larger area of Yunnan planting, first set seed the patient experiments, for cultivating experiment, the three groups of Cd single stress, Pb single stress, and Pb and Cd of composite stress level design of experiments pot experiment were seted, Study different bearing properties of biological yield in the different varieties of the Italica Planch were researched under concentrations of Pb and Cd stress. And different varieties and/or different parts of the Italica Planch accumulating absorption characteristics of Pb and Cd were discussed.The results showed:1, Under the Cd, Pb stress the Italica Planch slow growth, leaf, plant small, leaf area small, thin and small unevenly distributed. In the Cd, Pb, especially under the stress on Cd stress, tendril green bud faster, tola, excellent, jade, jade, not only slow growth stage is controlled by 5-10 days.2, Add lead and cadmium in the soil, biomass and edible part production among with the varieties were extremely significant differences (F=7.926, F=5.976), the influence degree MANTUOLV>>YUGUANG YUHUANG> YOUXIU. Add lead and cadmium in the soil, the biomass and edible parts production of the Italica Planch have obvious influence on the difference levels of adding Pb and Cd (F=3.076), influence degree was Pb1000Cd100> Pb500Cd50, Cd100, Pb1000>Cd50, Pb250Cd25, Pb250>Cd25, Pb500. Generally, composite adding is greater influence than single add, higher adding then lower adding, add cadmium is more harm than add lead. Significant differences between varieties, Cd, Pb composite pollution of losses have synergy effect.3,the Italica Planch absorpted Pb and Cd from soil have significant or higher significant differences among with four varieties, excellent Cd, YOUXIU absorbed Pb and Cd fewer then MANTUOLV, and, YUGUANG YUHUANG absorbption heavy metal accumulation is more, relatively. Therefore, in the background of higher value of heavy Pb and Cd metals in the soil, variety selection of planting the Italica Planch is such as YOUXIU. secondly MANTUOLV such varieties. But YUGUANG and YUHUANG can only choose relatively clean without the heavy metal pollution of cultivated land area. The heavy metal pollution of soil, no matter what, there are huge risk of the heavy metal exceeds edible part of the Italica Planch.4, adding Pb and Cd with this experiment levels of to soil, lead, cadmium content of the Italica Planch exceeds all safety requirements for non-environmental pollution vegetable. Under lead and cadmium stress, the Italica Planch absorption of lead is mainly distributed in the leaves and edible corolla, Pb content of edible corolla is almost twice the stem. While cadmium mainly distributed in root and stem, Cd content of edible corolla distribution just about 55 percent of the root.5, Under Cd, Pb stress conentional, the crude fiber, protein, vitamin C, reducing sugar, the nutritional quality index are significantly lower levels then control, the heavy metal pollution have certain effect on vegetable quality.
