The Evaluation Of Introduced Breeds And Cultivation Technology On Trial Planting Of Vegetable Buds And Sprouts

This article studied the selection of vegetable buds and sprouts suitable for large-scale planting, and the effects of basic planting conditions such as temperature, soaking, etc. on different vegetables, meanwhile, the research compared plug seedlings, widespread up to date, with the ordinary cultural manner, and the results were as follows:26 vegetable varieties of Beijing Vegetable Research Center, with a rich variety of resources, were used to evaluate the quality for planting vegetable buds and sprouts, and the sensory quality, the germination percentage and time, the average height, the biological productive rate, and etc., as the evaluation indicators, according to the TOPSIS method of multi-objective decision analysis, the sequences optimization was put forward, and the results showed that lettuce, cabbage, and etc. were suitable for planting sprouts.In this paper, radish, kale and collard, purple rape were taken as experimental material, and L9 (34) orthogonal experiment design was carried out to investigate the effects of the medium, temperature, soaking, and etc. on the growth of different vegetable buds and sprouts, without external source of nutrition, on the basis of weight matrix method, the optimal planting conditions were suggested for different vegetables, and the result showed that, for purple rape sprout, the suitable cultivation temperature was 20℃, the medium was coarse toilet paper, and 3g seed per box was considered as the best seed amount, with soaking 4h, and the influence order of the factors was temperature>soaking> seed amount>medium; For radish sprout, the suitable cultivation temperature was 20℃, the medium was non-woven fabrics, and 10g seed per box was considered as the best seed amount, with soaking 4h, and the influence order of the factors was temperature>soaking>medium>seed amount; For kale and collard sprout, the suitable cultivation temperature was 20℃, the medium was non-woven fabrics, and 4g seed per box was considered as the best seed amount, with soaking 4h, and the influence order of the factors was soaking>temperature>medium>seed amount.The effect of hole specification and plug seedlings, widespread up to date, on the growth of lettuce, rape and etc. and the quality comparison of plug seedlings and the ordinary cultural manner were researched, and the result showed that the specification of 128 holes was good for the growth of lettuce, rape and etc., and could be widely applied to all the vegetable buds and sprouts; For strong and well-distributed light on the upper layer, plants thrived, pay attention to rotation of the tray in the actual production to ensure uniform daylight; The quality of rape and green Chinese cabbage for plug seedlings be superior to those for ordinary soil culture, especially the difference of nitrate content reached a significant level(p<0.05); For the same cultivation conditions, the nitrate content of green Chinese cabbage was up to about ten times rape, mainly related to the N degree of absorption and utilization of different vegetable.
