Wild ornamental plants are abundant in our country, most of them have good resistance and adaptability. And because of the specificity of growth environment, a lot of island wild ornamental plants reflect better ecology and special landscape ornamental in bad environment. This thesis selected six island wild ornamental plants which have higher ornamental value as objects, and studied on such as survey of field habitat, ex-situ cultivation, propagation technique, and the physiology of drought and salt resistance. It hoped that the studies can provide theoretical and technical basis for landscaping in drought and saline regions such as islands and exploitation of wild ornamental plants in the future.The results as follows:â‘´Through ex-situ cultivation among four plants, which were Peucedanum japonicum f.album, Vitex rotundifolia, Ribes fasciculatum var.chinense and Carex putuoensis, most of them had high survival rate, Carex putuoensis was the highest, which up to 88.8%, and Vitex rotundifolia was the lowest, only 46.7%.⑵Used different methods of seed multiplication in 4 species, the studies showed that Canavalia lineata and Peucedanum japonicum f.album only needed to be soaked in water for some days, their germination rate of seeds could arrived at 90.3% and 82.3%. The best time of Calystegia soldanella soaked in concentrated sulfuric acid was 90 minutes, its germination rate was 75.3%. The seeds of Vitex rotundifolia were soaked in warm water at 40℃or 3% NaOH solution for 2 days, both of their germination rate were high, up to 88.0% and 85.3%. Conducted a propagation study using of cutting reproduction method for Vitex rotundifolia and Ribes fasciculatum var.chinense. Two types of cuttings were chosen from Vitex rotundifolia, which were Semi-lignificated(cuttingâ… ) and lignificated (cuttingâ…¡). The results showed that the survival rate of cuttingâ…¡was obviously higher than cuttingâ… , and the best amount of GuoGuang radication for cuttingâ…¡was 300mg/L 1h, its survival rate was 92.7%. The amount of GuoGuang radication for cuttingâ… was 200mg/L 1h, and its survival rate was 84.7%. With different concentration treatment of GuoGuang radication, the best amount of GuoGuang radication for Ribes fasciculatum var.chinense was 200mg/L 1h, its survival rate was up to 74.7%.The best way of propagation for Carex putuoensis was ramets. Watered different concentration GuoGuang radication solution on Carex putuoensis, the experiment results showed that the ramets survival rate had little difference compared with comparison, but it had strong suckering, and was beneficial for its application.â‘¶After the experiment of drought resistance on six wild ornamental plants, and combined 10 physiological and biochemical indexes, which were Pn, Tr, Cond, membrane relative permeability, proline content, soluble protein content, MDA content, POD, WUE and relative water content of leaves, the order of drought tolerance was Carex putuoensis>Ribes fasciculatum var.chinense>Peucedanum japonicum f.album>Calystegia soldanella>Vitex rotundifolia>Canavalia lineata. Through the experiment of salt resistance, and referred to 8 physiological and biochemical indexes mentioned with the above, the order of salt tolerance was Vitex rotundifolia>Calystegia soldanella >Canavalia lineata>Peucedanum japonicum f.album>Carex putuoensis>Ribes fasciculatum var.chinense.â‘·According to the results of field survey, ex-situ cultivation, propagation technique, the physiology of drought and salt resistance, the studied provided some advices for exploiting island wild ornamental plants after simple appraising six wild ornamental plants in application of landscaping. |
