The Research Of Moso-bamboo Dye Solution Permeability

In order to explore the law of dye solution penetration in the bamboo, giving reference for the development of colorful bamboo products. In this paper, bamboo's permeability of dye solution under different experimental conditions were systematically studied. The main results as follows:(1) The significantly effect of bamboo specimens'water content for the dye permeability,the moisture content is more higher, the permeability is more worse;(2) Bamboo permeability has changed better after boiling-bleached, but the specimens with or without boiling-bleached effect a little on their permeability;(3) Drying temperature has a certain influence for the bamboo's permeability of dye solution, drying temperature is 60℃, the specimens are permeable;(4) Macro-structure has a great influence for permeability of dye solution: the specimens without bamboo green and yellow has better permeability than the specimens have, the specimens without bamboo joints has better permeability than the specimens have, permeability with different directions: vertical> tangential > radial;(5) Specimens thickness has a significant effect for permeability, the specimens are more thicker, the permeability is more worse;(6) Dye types has a little effect for permeability, permeability of acid dyes are better than basic dyes'; with the increasing of acid dyes's concentration, the permeability of specimens are more worse;(7) Different impregnation methods have a great influence for the bamboo, vacuum pressure infiltration compared with infiltration of normal temperature and pressure, can significantly improve the permeability of specimens;(8) Dyeing temperature on the specimens have a great influence for the permeability, dyeing temperature is higher, the permeability of specimens is better;(9) pH has a great influence on the permeability of dye solution, pH is higher, the permeability is more worse;(10) The dye solution permeability of specimens with microwave is greatly improved, but the microwave will destruct specimens,when it is too powerful.
