| For enormous energy crisis and environmental pollution caused by continued depletion and combustion of fossil fuel , as well as the development of biomass industry exists to solve both the developed and developing countries, there are requirements of lack of nutritional and other issues, looking for making use of marginal land, sustainable development of resilient energy plant have turned into new trend of utilization of plant energy in domestic and abroad. We measured seed oil contents of Jatropha curcas, Datura stramonium, Xanthium sibiricum, Rhus typhina, Kosteletzkya pentacarpos,Hibiscus trionum, Ribes nigrum and Kosteletzkya virginica using Soxhlet Extraction; and analyzed the relative components of the fatty acid composition using GC-MS Method and vaporizer temperature, column temperature , the detector temperature, split ratio and the injection volume was optimized , and measured the contents of vitamin B1,B6,B12,C,E of Ribes nigrum, Kosteletzkya virginica, Kosteletzkya pentacarpos and Hibiscus trionum using HPLC Method. The results showed that1.The best chromatographic conditions of Fatty Acids Analysis are: vaporizer temperature: 250℃; column temperature: 180℃;detector temperature: 280℃; split ratio: 100:1; injection volume: 1μL.2.The results showed that expect for R. typhina with seed oil content is 9.50%, other five plants Jatropha curcas, Datura stramonium, Xanthium sibiricum, Kosteletzkya pentacarpos and Hibiscus trionum has more than 17% of seed oil contents. The unsaturated fatty acid contents of the five plants ranged from 73.51% to 92.23%, and the unsaturated C18 ranged from 67.9% to 92.23%, which is the main component content of biodiesel. Our data showed that J. curcas, D. stramonium, X. sibiricum, K. pentacarpos and H. trionum grown in marginal land are potential energy plants, which can be used for the development and utilization of biomass energy.3.The seed oil contents of Ribes nigrum, Kosteletzkya virginica, Kosteletzkya pentacarpos and Hibiscus trionum is more than 16%;The unsaturated fatty acid contents of the four plants ranged from 71.58% to 87.01%;The vitamin B1 contents ranged from 25.51±0.04 to 59.23±0.02 (mg/100g);The vitamin B6 contents ranged from 4.55±0.06 to 9.81±0.03 (mg/100g);The vitamin B12 contents ranged from 9.69±0.02 to 37.59±0.03 (mg/100g);The vitamin C contents ranged from 2.99±0.03 to 11.88±0.04;The vitamin E contents ranged from 36.65±0.02 to 79.26±0.01(mg/100g)。Our data showed that R nigrum, K virginica, K pentacarpos and H trionum contain high levels of unsaturated fatty acids and a large number of the human body essential vitamins, which can be used for the development and utilization of health food. |
