The mineral nutrition status of apple florescence has an important effect on fruit yield and quality, it has essential practice value to conducting nutritional diagnosis in apple florescence. In this study, we conducted apple florescence nutritional diagnosis and built the detection model by the method of chemical nutrition diagnosis and high spectrum analysis technology, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for orchard cultivation management and the application of high-spectrum analysis technology.In this study, by the method of field survey, sampling, determination and laboratory processing analysis, systematically studied the distribution of apple flower nutrient elements; conducted apple flower nutritional diagnosis in Qixia by equilibrium index method; constructed the monoitoring model for apple flower boron content by flitering all kinds of hyperspectral parameters; and revealed the correlativity between flower nutrient element content and fruit yield and quality. The main results were as follows:1. There were little differences between the flower and leaf content range of nutrient element; it was the same case with flowers at different canopy and there was no significant difference; in external apple canopy the variation or correlation between flower and leaf nutrient element content was better; it was appropriate to express the nutritional status of apple using the external flowers.2. The apple flower nutrition diagnosis results by equilibrium index method were consistent with the results of soil nutrients, it was practicable to conducting nutrition diagnosis using apple flower; the equilibrium index of nutrient elements were almost in the optimum dose zone; the nutritional status was good.3. The first order of fertilizer requirement in 32 orchards of Qixa was Fe,Zn,N, which respectively accounted for 28.13%,15.63%,15.63%; the first three order of fertilizer requirement in 32 orchards of Qixa was Fe,Mn,Cu, which respectively accounted for 53.13%,46.88%,37.50%; the requirement of trace element fertilizer in apple trees was superior.4. With the increase in cumulative sample numbers, the hyperspectrum curves of apple florescence became stable and smooth, and the correlation with each other was good; by selecting spectral reflectivity as paramater, the monoitoring model for apple flower boron content was established, namely y=978.19 (R957)2-808.42 (R957)+202.46.5. There were significant differences among the impact caused by apple flower nutrition elements; the correlation between N and single plant yield or Mg and fruit hardness or K and soluble solid was significantly positive; the correlation between Ca and titratable acid or Mn and soluble sugar was significantly negative; the direct effect was higher.
