Rapeseed is one of the important oilseed crops in our country, and at the same time it's still an important energy sources crop to solve the energy shortage in the future. Brassica napus is sensitive to phosphorous deficiency, and its yield and quality will be worse when there is no enough phosphorous. Now, people use a great deal of phosphorous to increase the output of the rapeseed, but the phosphate rock which is the raw material of the phosphate fertilizer is not a sort of reproducible natural resource, and the phosphate fertilizer can pollute our environment when we use too much of it, finally, the phosphate rock reserves is limited in our country. In this work, we investigated the modality and the physiology character of the young plant, which included enough phosphor and not enough phosphor conditions, with Zhongyou 821 which can endure low content phosphor as the materials, and the peoteome changes in seedling leaves, then the difference expression albumen was identified and analysed, finally we can know the molecule mechanism of the rapeseed which endured low phosphor menace, and clone its gene to get a better inherit rapeseed. Our main study results were:1,After observing the morphological comparison of brassica napus zhongyou 821 under enough phosphoric or not enough phosphoric, the exterior modality of the rapeseed seedling plant changed obviously with comparison after treatied by the shortage of the phosphor, then the main behavier was that the plant was dwarf and growed slowly, at the same time their roots were slender;2,After measuring the activity of the acid phosphoric enzyme, the activity of the seedling roots increased prominent under the low phosphoric menace, the activity of the enzyme increased gradually with the extension of treatment. The change of the activity of the acid phosphoric enzyme means that the rapeseed roots can put up a kind of adjustable reaction to the low phosphoric menace. After measuring the activity of the peroxide enzyme and the catalase in the seedling leaves of the rapeseed which endured phosphoric menace, the activity of the two enzymes both increased at the early stage of phosphorus deficiency, but the activity of the peroxide enzyme reduced gradually and the catalase activity didn't change significantly with the extension of treatment;3,The preliminary difference of the proteome in seedling leaves which had been treated for 30 days with enough phosphoric or not enough phosphoric had been analysed, and a system of 2-DE and image analysis suitable for Rapeseed was established. The whole proteins in leaves were extracted with TCA/acetone precipitation, and after analysing by 2-DE, Colloid Coomassie brilliant Blue Staining, PDQuest software, the remarkable difference points of the young plants which treated with not enough phosphoric were 38, and 19 proteins were up-regulated, and the other 19 points were down-regulated;4,The 12 interested points had been choosed to be identified by MS.And seven of them had homology sequences in the relative database. They were MerR, Galactosidase acetyltransferase, Serine/threonine-protein kinase PBS1, Sedoheptulose 7-phosphate isomerase, GltA, Alpha/beta fold family hydrolase, SCP-like extracellular, the others were hypothetical proteins.
