The effects of different herbicides on the development, security, control effect of weeds, plant height, total leaf numbers, number of green leaves, dry matter accumulation, chlorophyll, soluble sugar content, injury rate of rapeseed, oil content of pod, quality of rapeseed as well as yield and yield components were investigated under different herbicides in this paper. The results are as follows:1. Used soil treatment of herbicides decreased seedling rate. In particular the establishment of Acetochlor and Ethametsulfuron-Acetochlor-WP. Germination rate is only 37.19 percent and 36.54 percent, and the germination is later 3-5days than ck. The leaf treatment herbicide Benazolin has phytotoxicity to rapeseed. Blade edge become yellow but not dead and will reply.2. In Tillage planting experiment, different herbicides control effect on monocot weed to be significantly higher than that of the dicotyledonous weed. Soil treatment of herbicides Acetochlor and Ethametsulfuron-Acetochlor-WP has high control effect of weeds, more than 80%. The leaf treatment herbicide Clomazone-Acetochlor and Quizalofop-Benazolin has better effect; the value of control effect is reached 50%.In Tillage experiment of Paddy field, twice application of herbicide is better than once. And the value of control effect is more than 70%.3. Compared with CK, different herbicides has the increasing trend of plant height, total leaf numbers, number of green leaves, dry matter accumulation of rapeseed. But no significant difference between treatments. Acetochlor, Ethametsulfuron-Acetochlor-WP, Clomazone-Acetochlor and Quizalofop-Benazolin has better effect.4. Different herbicides have the increasing trend of chlorophyll and soluble sugar content of rapeseed. But no significant difference of oil content. The leaf treatment is more serious than soil treatment on Injury rate of rapeseed.5. The oil content of each treatment was stable at between 43.5%~44.2%. Glucosinolate content also 24.5umol/g~47.8umol/g. Protein content were also stable at between 18.5%~19.5%. 6. Compared with Rape economic traits, different herbicides treatment has different impact. Soil treatment of herbicides significantly increased rape plant height, stem diameter, length of main inflorescence. The leaf treatment herbicide Clomazone-Acetochlor, Quizalofop-Benazolin, En grass copper-10% propyl-ethyl and fallow has significantly increased rape stem diameter, length of main inflorescence.7. Compared with rapeseed yield components, Soil treatment of herbicides significantly increased rape effective pod number, grain number per pod, economic yield and biological yield; The leaf treatment herbicide Clomazone-Acetochlor Quizalofop-Benazolin, En grass copper-10% propel-ethyl and fallow has greater impact.8. In Tillage planting experiment, herbicide treatment has improving yield of rapeseed trends. Acetochlor and Quizalofop-Benazolin has the highest yield of treatments. Respectively reached 1580.79 kg·hm-2 and 1554.11 kg·hm-2. The rate of increase yield is up to 80% compared with no weeding CK, up to 20% compared with Manual weeding CK. And has the highest Maximum economic benefits, respectively reached 3744yuan·hm-2 and 3795.3yuan·hm-2; The rate of increase yield of Clomazone-Acetochlor and Ethametsulfuron-Acetochlor-WP is up to 70% compared with no weeding CK, up to 10% compared with Manual weeding CK. Output value respectively reached 3661.9yuan·hm-2 and 3536yuan·hm-2.In Tillage experiment of Paddy field. Compared with no weeding CK, All treatment has increase production effects. The increase rate reached 1.33%-33.44%.Glyphosate-quizalofop and Glyphosate-Quizalofop-Benazolin has highest yield. Respectively reached 2515.32 kg·hm-2 and 2657.578 kg·hm-2, The rate of increase yield is up to 25% compared with no weeding CK, up to 10% compared with Manual weeding CK. Followed by Parquet-Quizalofop-Benazolin and Metolachlor, the yield reached 2343.359 kg·hm-2, The rate of increase yield is up to 17.66% compared with no weeding CK.
