Heterostemma alatum wight is a climber species, native to yun nan province。It has been used as folk medicine for the treatment of tumors。It is also used as an expelling dampness and detoxifying。Sixteen compounds were obtained from Heterostemma alatum wight。By spectral analysis, they were determined as sitgmast-4-ene-3-one (1)、sitgmast-4-ene-1,3-dione (2)、alfa-amyrin acetate (3)、alfa-amyrinacetate-11-one (4)、Heteromine F (5)、6-methoxy-7,9-dimethyl-2-dimethylamino-8-carbonylpurinium(6)、6-methoxy-7,9-dimethyl-2-methylamino-8-carbonylpuri nium (7)、6-methoxy-9-methyl-2-dimethylaminopurinium (8)、apigenin (9) heteromine D(10)、β-sitosterol (11)、β-daucosterol (12)、apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (13)、heteromine A (14)、heteromine B (15)、heteromine C (16)。Compound7 is a new compound。The others were isolated from the plant for the first time。...
