Study On The Effect Of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction (Pill) Serum And Its Three Components On CAMP In Preadipocytes Of Rats

Objective:To investigate the effects of Rehmanniae Decoction of Six Ingredients,Pills, ultramicro-decoction pieces serum and loganin, peoniflorin, paeonol on the cAMP of rats preadipocytes. To study the mechanism of action which induced by epinephrine.Methods:Rat preadipocytes were cultured originally with yin asthenia and normal serum of rats(yin asthenia model cell and normal cell), Rehmanniae Decoction of Six Ingredients,Pills, ultramicro-decoction pieces serum and loganin, peoniflorin, paeonol were added to the culture media of rat preadipocytes. With the principle of competitive binding of specificity protein kinase and cAMP,125I-cAMP to determination the concentration of cAMP in cells.To study the Effects and the mechanism of action of the compound recipe and its three blood constit by cell’s signal transduction.Results:Rehmanniae Decoction of Six Ingredients,Pills, ultramicro-decoction pieces nutrient liquid can degrade the concentration of cAMP in preadipocytes, they also can depressed the effective epinephrine that improve the concentration of cAMP in preadipocytes and it can recovery the horizontal of cAMP to the normal. The loganin also has the same action,but the peoniflorin and the paeonol are not to have the same action to the cAMP in cells.Conclusion:Rehmanniae Decoction of Six Ingredients,Pills, ultramicro-decoction pieces can degrade the concentration of cAMP in preadipocytes and to cure the yin asthenia. The one of mechanism of action of yin asthenia cured by the compound recipe is that they can depressed the effective adrenaline to change the responsivity of preadipocytes. The loganin was one of the effective constituent of yin asthenia cured by the compound recipe.
