Objective matrix-remodelling associated 7(MXRA7) is by the bioinformatics prediction of genes.A growing number of bioinformatics data such as high flux data confirmed the existence of the gene, but knew little about its biology function at present. We captured the gene expression used by a genome-wide expression chip technology in the study the differentially expressed genes in corneal inflammatory in mice.This study was based on the analysis and prediction of the early experiments on gene function, to explore the gene expression profiles in vivo and functions in fifferent disease models in miceMethods Use of NCBI and other database resources, with bioinformatics analysis and predict the expression and function of genes in vivo.An MXRA7-deficient mouse line was introduced, to study the differences between homozygous deficient mice and wild type mice. RT-q PCR detects MXRA7 m RNA expression levels in different tissues. using different disease models between homozygous deficient mice and wild type mice: ear hole repair model, Matrigel neovascularization model and aortic endothelial cells tube formation model.Results RT- q PCR results showed that MXRA7 m RNA widely expressed in the major tissues or organs in mice, the higher expression tissue is eyes, lungs and brain, bone marrow’s expression is low. Ear hole damage experiment found that MXRA7-deficient mouse ear hole healing degree is significantly lower than wild type mice, the area differences after injured at13、26,、32 days was statistically significant(p < 0.05); HE staining analysis: the cross-sectional area of the two groups of mice were similar or have no obvious difference;Masson staining analysis: the density of wound-healing tissues in MXRA7-deficient mouse is higher than wide type, while the microvascular density is lower than the wild type mice Matrigel model shown that the vascular density and red blood cell number in wild type mice significantly higher than deficient mice. Aortic endothelial cells tube formation model shown that it is easier to be induced into tube in wide type mice, not the endothelial from MXRA7-deficient mice.Conclusion Experimental study found that MXRA7 is widely expressed in the body, the gene MXRA7 may play a role in the procession of extracellular matrix reconstruction, though by the metabolism of extracellular matrix, angiogenesis and migration of fibroblast.
