Objective The vascular proliferative complications of diabetes is the most common complication of diabetics. The more common complication in the clinic often occur in microvascular such as diabetic retinopathy, diabetic nephropathy and occur in macrovascular including atherosclerosis. To detect and analyze immune indexes such as MIF, TNF-α, ICAM-1、VEGF、PDGF、s C5b-9、s Fas of 56 diabetics. To investigate molecular immunology mechanism of atherosclerosis to longstanding diabetes. Which aimed to early detection for prompt treatment of the vascular proliferative complications of diabetes, improving the quality of life, prolonging life.Methods56 patients with more than 2 years course of diabetes who had come to our hospital from 2013.10 to 2014.5 were selected. First clinical data were collected, used Color Doppler ultrasound to exam IMT and divided them into three groups: the normal group, the IMT increased group, the IMT clot group. MIF, TNF-α, ICAM-1、VEGF、PDGF、s C5b-9、s Fas were measured in 56 patients, and Total cholesterol, Triglycerides, HDL and LDL were also tested at the same time, and compared with 15 healthy persons in all the indexes. Based on clinical trial data, to study the relationship between immune targets and the vascular proliferative complications of diabetes.Results The immune indexes of 56 diabetics were higher than 15 healthy controls, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The immune indexes of the IMT increased group and the IMT clot group is higher significantly than that of the normal group and the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05)Conclusion The immune factors such as MIF, TNF-α, ICAM-1、VEGF、PDGF、sC5b-9、s Fas are closely associated with the vascular proliferative complications of diabetes,and the immune indexes combined detection can provide a new basis for the diagnosis and prevention of vascular proliferative complications of diabetes 。 Through the immune index of monitoring and related biochemical indicators of joint detection, which can effectively interfere with the occurrence and development of the vascular proliferative complications of diabetes proliferative complications of diabetes。It will provide new train of thought for the diagnosis and treatment of the vascular proliferative complications of diabetes.
