Objective: phase and investigate the relationship between image quality when the rate of patients with high-tech imaging reconstruction coronary 640CTMaterials and Methods: Patients with coronary angiography in 40 cases retrospectively stable heart rate and heart rate of 80-90 beats / min in patients. Set in accordance with the scanning program, the heart rate of patients with different prospective 640 CT dynamic volumetric coronary scanning. Exposure phase selection 30-80%, scanning three cardiac cycles.Systolic reconstruction phase selection 30-50% for the A group and 75%diastolic phase of group B, for coronary artery VR, MPR, MIP and CPR and other image processing. According to coronary CTA image quality evaluation criteria developed by Matt D, etc., on coronary CTA image quality score is divided into four grades. Statistical Methods chi-square test for systolic and diastolic reconstruction A group of group B, two groups of coronary artery segment image quality scores were analyzed using the t test for independent samples of patients reconstructed image quality analysis and comparison. Results: All patients received coronary ideal image data, each major branch vessel met the diagnostic display image quality requirements. With heart beat heart rate variability caused by coronary branch is part of a moderate motion artifacts, but does not affect the diagnosis. Conclusion: 640 CT coronary imaging in patients with high heart rate for when using the appropriate reconstruction phase can reduce cardiac motion artifacts and improve image quality.
