Clinical Study On Treatment Of Cerebral Edema In Patients With Cerebral Hemorrhage After Minimally Invasive Surgery By Wuling Powder Combined With Dehydration

Purpose: By comparing the effect between Wuling powder combined with 20% mannitol and dehydration drugs combined with dexamethasone for treatment of cerebral edema after cerebral hemorrhage minimally invasive operation,discuss comparing Wuling powder exact curative effect and mechanism of the treatment of cerebral edema.Material and method: 60 cases from 2013 September to 2015 January in neurosurgery ward of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,who with cerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive surgery, according to the random number table method, the patients were divided into treatment group and control group.All patients were given basic treatment: Ecg guardianship,Pulse oxygen guardianship hemostatic、prevention of stress ulcer、maintain water and electrolyte balance、Nutrition of nerve,regular review Liver function、renal function blood lipids、blood glucose、myocardial enzyme、blood routine to guide treatment.Treatment group,in the basic treatment use 125 ml of 20% mannitol, fructose twice everyday.Then use Wuling powder 400 ml,divided into morning and evening using.The control group in the basic treatment,use 125 ml of 20% mannitol combined with dexamethasone5 mg fructose twice everyday.Drug infusion time and frequency of use principle with the treatment group.All patients in the postoperative day for head CT scan again after treatment for head CT scan. Observe the change of cerebral edema imaging、intracranial pressure、Glasgow about the two groups before and after treatment.Results: 1.The patients in the two groups after treatment, head CT showed that brain edema was relieved. 2.There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in the treatment of cerebral edema(P<0.05). the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in improving nerve dysfunction in patients(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: 1、Compared with dexamethasone combined with 20% mannitol,Wuling powder combined with 20% mannitol can obviously reduce cerebellar edema volume, improved the clinical effect of the treatment of cerebral edema. 2、Wuling powder combined with 20% mannitol in reducing intracranial pressure curative effect is obviously superior to dexamethasone combined 20% mannitol, can significantly improve the patient’s Glasgow score.It is worth to promoting in clinical use.
