Objective:H-hypertension can lead to structural changes and functional abnormalities, evaluated by carotid ultrasonography in patients with H-hypertension and simple hypertension structure and hemodynamics of carotid arteria. Probe the correlationplasma HCY in patients with plasma hypertension, carotid atherosclerosis severity and hemodynamic changes. Currently H-hypertension prevalence, treatment rate is very low, combined target organ damage of eart, brain, kidney target, is more serious. This problem is solved by the characteristics of carotid ultrasonography for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease provide new ideas.Materials and Methods:1.Select hypertensive patients for 225 cases from January 2014 to December 2014 in the Affiliated luscious Hospital of Kunming Medical University. Based plasma HCY levels into H-hypertension group (HCY=≥10 μmol/L) and simple hypertension group (HCY<10 μmol/L). Where H-hypertension group 119 cases,66 cases of male, female 53 cases, the average age (70.68±6.15) years old; Simple hypertension group 106 cases,60 cases of male and 46 female, the average age (70.26±5.68) years old. The inspection confirmed that all secondary hypertension were excluded. All patients underwent a detailed history taking, record the patient’s sex, age, body mass index, history of diabetes mellitus, history of smoking.2.All patients underwent carotid ultrasonography:(1) assess the structural and hemodynamic information of normal anatomy of the neck vessels, vessels out of shape is normal, whether the expansion of the lumen, narrow, twisting and pressure; (2) measuring IMT, vessel diameter, PSV, EDV, PI, RI, Vmean, SR.3.Laboratory biochemical examinations:HCY, FPG, TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C.Results:1.H hypertensive patients plasma HCY 11.66±4.19, imply hypertensive patients plasma HCY9.60±3.38, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2. Indicators of H-hypertensive group and simple hypertension group IMT, vessel diameter, RI, PI, PSV, EDV, Vean, SR et al.,were significant differences (P<0.05).3. Correlation analysis of H-hypertension patients plasma HCY and carotid IMT, carotid artery RI, SR.(1) Correlation Analysis of 119 cases of patients with carotid IMT and plasma HCY levels showed:the correlation coefficient r=0.134,p=0.018, explained carotid IMT was positively correlated with plasma HCY.(2) Correlation Analysis of 119 cases of patients with carotid RI and plasma HCY levels showed:the correlation coefficient r=0.206,p=0.000, explained carotid RI was positively correlated with plasma HCY.(3) Correlation Analysis of 119 cases of patients with carotid SR and plasma HCY levels showed:the correlation coefficient r=-0.115,p=0.042, explained carotid SR was positively correlated with plasma HCY.Conclusion:1.H hypertensive patients are more prone to the carotid artery structure and hemodynamic change, may be related to HHCY and hypertension synergy.2.Plasma HCY levels is positively correlated with carotid atherosclerosis formation and the degree of carotid atherosclerosis, was positively correlated with RI, was negatively correlated with the SR, Involved development process in carotid atherosclerosis, is an independent risk factor for carotid atherosclerosis.
